Breakfast was excellent, location can't be better. The staff was mostly attentive and polite. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities to make it a good base for our activities in HCMC. Lots of food choices, spas, nail salons and shopping opportunities in the area. It's also within walking distance from Ben Thanh market, Notre Dame and the post office.

Breakfast was moved to the much smaller executive lounge area because Saigon cafe was closed for a private event. The selection was smaller and staff weren't as polite and attentive as plates weren't immediately cleared away. They seemed unwilling to serve coffee and expected us to operate the machines instead. At some point of our stay, the lobby and driveway were filled with guests who were milling around and smoking outside. I was hoping for a bit of crowd control for the sake of other guests, but maybe it's not the hotel's fault.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance to most malls nearby e.g. saigon centre, saigon square, times square hotel etc. Right in the heart of the central district 1. Really nothing to complaint about here. Once exiting the hotel, you get convenience stores, massage services, taxi services, food and café options all within a stone's throw away. My studio room was a little too big for a solo traveler like me but i do love the space for that matter. Guests services were lovely as well from start to end. Was being treated and valued like a VIP throughout and it feels very personalized. Just overall a super stay.

Well, i did invite couple guests during my 2 days stay. What i observed is that some staff do not call and verify before allowing the visitors up. So i was a little bit surprised when my guests appeared at my room but wasn't a biggie. A concern is if somehow some one managed to get your room number it may be a security concern. Aside, really nothing i can complain of.

I loved the luxe feel, the cleanliness and the location was the best. It's basically in the upper-class area of Ho Chi Minh in a very family orientated area and we felt safe with our 2 young kids.

If i had to be picky the hotel exterior could do with a little makeover however the inside i couldn't fault.

The breakfast is very sumptuous and has lots of variety. Service was very good. The conceirge was very helpful. He helped us to order Banh Mi from the very famous shop and organized the delivery to us for bringing back on our flight. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable.

I found everything to my delight. Perhaps the lift needs some upgrading - very slow and not synchornized.

Amazing true 5-star Hotel. Great location. Very clean and stylish. Great variety of food on offer. Amazing friendly and professional staff.

Breakfast time was a bit too short. It could have closed at 10:60 instead of 10:00.

Big and comfortable room with excellent views and working area. Nice and lovely people were always looking after all your needs. The Hotel is downtown, and it is effortless to walk around to discover a city full of life, shops and delicious restaurants. It was my first time in Ho Chi Min, but it sure won't be the last.

Location was great, rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast seating was too crowded. Our table was less than 2ft from the buffet. It was uncomfortable having people almost physically brush against you. They tried to fit too many tables.

Right from the location, to the room, amenities, breakfast and staff everything was perfect. The hotel is five minutes walking from the riverfront, eateries and tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and the room was picture perfect!
