The location of the hotel is fantastic , you can walk to pretty much everything , food, pubs, museums , shopping

Thin Walls especially in the balcony rooms... very noisy

Location can't be beat. 2nd time staying in their DBL DLX RM w/ Balcony. First was when it was newly opened in 2019. On both times, our rooms were clean. It is a decent very well placed hotel. Ideal for family stays. Except for housekeeping who were always ready with their warm smiles, can't say the same for the rest of the staff. I don't think it's personal, it may be the language barrier. A little more training can fix that. They just need to be reminded that they are in the hospitality industry. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. Will definitely stay again and again.

There was this breakfast staff member who was watching on his phone with maxed volume while guests were dining. It should be noted that only their rooms with a balcony have a natural light source.

Great personal hotel in a very convenient location. The Room for our family of 4 with teams was spacious and comfortable.

- the location of the property was perfect. so close to everything and can be picked up for tours as it’s in district 1 -the staff were very friendly and helpful - room was small but had everything we needed including free water and kettle

- walls very thin so can hear neighbours and people talking in the corridor. there was also construction sounds coming from close by early in the morning - cleaning not done thoroughly, we had a big blob of hair in our shower drain the day we checked in. it was cleaned the next morning. The bedsheets and rest of the room were clean

Room was a decent size and in a great location for access to Ben than market (2mins) Walking street (10mins) independence palace and war remnants museum all close by. Plenty of places for Coffee (circle K 2mins) and places to eat. It's hard to properly assess this hotel as European/US 3 stars are a different calibre. I'd have no hesitation staying here again.

It does need a bit more attention to cleaning in general. Shower was good but shower head to low for me. In fairness they're probably built at local regulations and not designed for taller people. I booked a room with a window, which it had but still didnt get daylight so I wouldn't bother paying the extra unless you go for one with a view.

Mainly I like the convenient location that is within walking distance to Saigon Centre and Takashimaya where I can get most of my day-to-day foods and traveling supplies on a short vacation.

The standing overhead rain-shower installed on the bathtub is so short (about 1.7m tall or less) that when I stood up in the bathtub to take a shower I kept knocking my head against the rain-shower head. Worse, I found strands of long hair in the bathtub obviously it was not cleaned properly. Also not forgetting that the Safe Deposit Box was not that safe after all because it was already broken as I checked in.

It is near by Ben Thanh market and Takashimaya. Overall facilities in the hotel is okay except soundproofing. They also provide simple buffet breakfast in the ground floor. Recommend who want to stay in a convenience & clean hotel with a reasonable price.

Heard the noise from other rooms and need to wait for a while when the breakfast is running out

Location is great, just opposite the beach. Within 20 minutes walking distance to food and drinks, with choices from beach front pubs, restaurants, cafes to cafes . restaurants set just 1 or 2 blocks back from the beach. Hotel staff are very prompt and efficient, and provide great customer welcome / service.

Location are excellent . Morning buffet breakfast are good . Staff are very friendly except for one long hair lady at the morning breakfast section which are rather rude .

The lady at breakfast buffet section are unfriendly and rude .

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. On the first day, I dropped the shower head in the bathtub and it broke. I was expecting to pay for it but the next day when I came back to the hotel, it was already replaced by housekeeping while they were tidying up my room.
