Highly recommend this accommodation. The staff are brilliant and can’t do enough for you, the breakfast is plentiful and cooked fresh. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained and the location is great as you’re very close to the beach and only a short grab ride into Hoi An. This is a lovely, peaceful place to stay, it was perfect for my family as it was quiet from 10pm in the evenings. There’s not many rooms here either so the pool is never busy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

All the members of staff are fantastic - so, so friendly and helpful, particularly the young man on the front desk and the secuity guard. Hotel is pristine, and feels very secure. Close to the beautiful beach and an easy 10 minute Grab ride into Hoi An town. The location is super quiet and peaceful. Bikes are available and free to use - I recommend a morning ride around the local villages. The pool was incredible, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great balconies. Breakfast was delicious, you place your order with the security guard the night before. Overall a brilliant hotel, and we were very sad to leave.

This is possibly the best hotel stay I have ever had. The only thing to improve on is the fridge in the room which was not powerful enough to keep anything cool.

The best and most welcoming hotel encountered in 3 weeks of running around Vietnam. This lovely hotel is light, airy and modern; the bedrooms large and well appointed; and adjacent to the little pool on the ground floor an excellent and varied breakfast breakfast is prepared including great zingy juice and brilliant coffee. The staff are charming and could not be more helpful not least the sweet, elderly security guy who does evenings/nights - equipped with a phone translation app on his phone - and takes detailed breakfast orders (which include all sorts of delightful unexpected extras) for the following morning. An Bang is basically a suburb of Hoi An with an impressive beach just 5 minutes walk, a couple of really good local eateries (try mother & daughter run Hóa Don Bán Le/'Flower Don Ban Le'), lots of little shops and bars. The centre of town is over 2 miles away - so an hour's walk; and the old quarter, which has a fab food market, all manner of shops (I bought one of the best fake Rolexes I've ever come across for around 3 million Dong/a hundred quid), good coffee places and restaurants (try Morning Glory) is hectic and colourful though unfortunately the surprisingly tiny, picturesque Japanese Bridge is currently just a building site as it's being totally restored.

The highlight of our month of travels around South East Asia! We had 4 nights stay at Dai An and wished we could have stayed for longer. When we arrived we were so warmly greeted by Hang who gave us a yummy welcome drink and showed us where the beach, old town and shops were on a map. She told us a little about the hotel Inc the free breakfast and bicycles then showed us to our room. We had chosen a basic room which was sweet and an ok size but we discovered there was some mould which made a strange smell in the room & we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in there. We spoke with the lovely security guard King who was such a legend at resolving the ‘issue’ for us. He upgraded our room to a BEAUTIFUL fancy huge room and insisted on carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Each morning we enjoyed a yummy breakfast by the pool and we spent many hours enjoying the gorgeous pool with the constant sounds of running water and a real feeling of privacy and being in the jungle. The hotel is on a quiet road about 8 minutes walk from the beach and the busier strip with restaurants. You can walk to old town in 1 hour or cycle for 30 mins or catch a cab for about 12 mins (around £3.50). Overall the team Hang, King and Tong went above and beyond to ensure that our every need were met. At times it seemed we had the hotel to ourselves. We had our laundry done there too, and the cleaning lady was very prompt and good. We highly highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

Ha! It was fantastic we wished we had longer there! I do hope that they manage to resolve the mould in our first room. There wasn’t any sign of mould in our upgraded room.

The staff were exceptionally kind and couldn’t do more for us. We were served a lovely breakfast, which was accompanied by a variety of fruits and freshly makes juices/shakes. We chose our breakfast each evening so it was prepared and could choose pancakes, pho, fried eggs, omlettes or scrambled egg. The variety was great. We were always asked if we would like more or if there was anything else they could provide for us. The room was cleaned whilst we had breakfast and always left new bottles of water. The swimming pool and area was very clean. Once more about the staff who were very kind and always welcoming, making this a really great stay to which we would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again. The staff were all brilliant. Hoi an is only £2 in an Uber so we went there most days/nights. The beach isn’t a far walk (about 10 minutes) which was great too and there are bars and restaurants around that area as well.

We couldn’t fault the property or the staff in anyway and believe the stay was great value for money.

This place is amazing, a peaceful oasis. The 400m walk to the beach is easy and pleasant and if you consume from the restaurants there you can use lounges free of charge. The property itself is beautiful, the pool is amazing and so helpful after a hot day. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. lots of space to put your bags in, large bed, good shower. The aircon works well. I saw staff cleaning the common areas many times, the place is immaculate. The towels smelled like fresh laundry and they also provide pool towels. Breakfast was delicious, between the two of us we tried all the Vietnamese options and they were all delicious. But what really makes this place is the kindness of staff. Nothing was too much trouble, from laundry to renting a scooter, to organising shuttles, they were absolutely amazing, spoke good English and went above and beyond to look after us. I would not hesitate to book here again.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I would suggest adding safes to the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing! The owners and security guard were also so friendly and always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable! Our evening swim in the pool was so refreshing from our hot excursions. It is not directly on the beach but we ended up noticing that it made us walk through the town in several different ways that you may not get if you were on the beach. The early morning local food market is right down the road and it is a site to see. We also rented scooters and went to the near by vegetable farm as well as marble mountain. Very doable compared to scooting in the city.

We reeally loved our stay here! Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super nice - you order 2 things to eat the day/night before so everything is somewhat ready when you come down to eat in the morning (we had omelet + banana pancake typically), and a juice, coffee and plate of fruits on the side - and we would always get asked if we needed anything else. Also we could borrow bikes for free to explore some of the beaches or go to Old Town. All our requests were met, and with a smile. 10/10 - would stay again 🙂

Felt welcome immediately in this lovely boutique hotel. Open air reception was beautifully decorated in a modern eco style. The staff were attentive and friendly. Ours beds were very comfortable and each day as we enjoyed our delicious breakfast our room was cleaned spotlessly. The breakfast was ordered the night before and we had many choices of western or Vietnamese fare. Juice choices were great too. We opted for watermelon juice most days. I loved the modern wooden slatted lanterns here. After inquiring about where to get them, the staff located them and packed them for me for transport. Our balcony had a view over looking the lovely pool. Short walk to the pristine beach. (unlike Danang) sipping a fresh coconut on the beach at Phuong’s beach restaurant was so relaxing. We had three wonderful nights here.

Our two-night stay at Dai An Phu Villa was exceptional. The property itself is stunning - beautifully designed and immaculately well kept. The room was spotless, with lots of light and super soft linen: our best night’s sleep of the whole trip! There was a gorgeous bath and a rain shower (very romantic). The pool was lovely to swim in and relax around, and the location is a stone’s throw from the beach - ideal if you want a bit of space from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious - amazing smoothies, fresh fruit, and lots of options. But the best thing about the villa was the staff. They were so attentive and kind. They really went out of their way to make us feel taken care of from start to finish, from a seamless airport transfer to arranging amazing massages at Heaven Garden Spa nearby. This is a really special place to stay in - incredible value for money too :)
