we are at the end of a 6 month trip in SE Asia and this is the best place by far of everywhere we have stayed- it is great value for money , stylish comfortable modern with 2 excellent owners Anne and Trung who really do have your comfort and happiness in mind- good breakfasts, free bicycles and laundry - what we love about the location (surprised people put 8 for location as when you book you know it is a 30 min walk or 10 minute cycle into Hoi An centre) is there are a lot of local cafes, (try Little Flower restaurant and Nhans cafe)really good quality and good prices and less touristy than in the city and you c an cycle through the rice fields to Am Bang beach which is lovely - you can only give this place a 10 for everthing - if you don’t like walking or cycling and being outside the city , don’t come here! we will be back one day for sure

The Pink Tulip is an absolute gem of a place nestled away in a peaceful location a short bicycle ride from the centre of Hoi An. The rooms are very well designed with beautiful lighting, balconies and comfortable beds. I really liked the attention to detail - a lovely array of useful bits and pieces in the bathrooms and a tea and coffee set in the bedroom, including condensed milk! For me what really made this place are the lovely owners, Anne and Trung. They are super friendly and helpful, you won't need a guidebook! My mum left her swimming costumes behind and they went out of their way to post them to us to ensure my mum got them back. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay, I will certainly be staying again when I next go to Hoi An. :-)

The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. You can borrow (free) bicycles from the property which really shortens the travel time to the old town and and the beach. Because the property is a ~10 minute bicycle ride away from the old town, it is completely quiet at night. If you have any questions, need advice or are just looking for information about Hoi An (and Saigon) you only need to task. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, the beds and rooms are very nice and the breakfast is good. Would highly recommend staying here, one of the best stays in Vietnam.

Where is the option for 20 out of 10? This is hands-down the BEST wallet-friendly place I stayed in Vietnam. The space is so beautifully designed by the owners, and the rooms are so chic! You get the hotel vibes and homely treatment. They offer free breakfast (made to order), free bicycles... and free laundry, which is the icing on the cake! The owners, Anne and Trung, are just wonderful people who are always ready to help. My room (the Double Room with Balcony) was super spacious, bright, and comes with a view of nature. The fish pond at the entrance is a nice touch! Pink Tulip is in a quiet location, but a short walk/bicycle ride to the old town. I totally recommend this--just stop reading and book it already!!

My stay at the Pink Tulip was exceptional. The property is gorgeous, and you are greeted with a lovely garden and pond as soon as you step through the gate. The room was clean and beautiful and featured a cozy patio and an amazing bathroom among other amenities like a TV, fridge, lockbox. But where this place truly shines is with the owners. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help out in any way they can. Their warm hospitality truly made this a special stay - and my best so far in Vietnam. At the end of my stay they gave me a gift - a treat from a local bakery. This unexpected surprise was the cherry on top of an already amazing experience, so I wholeheartedly recommend you stay here if you’re visiting Hoi An.

It’s on the outskirts town, so you will need a bike or other transportation to reach common tourist attractions in the area. Fortunately, the property provides free bikes to guests - or if you’re feeling lazy like I was, call a Grab bike and you’ll be in the Old Town in under 10 minutes for less than 1 USD.

everything, the people there are really kind. after I got lost on my easy there they even picked me up and brought me to the stay. they provide lots of nice services as doing your laundry, giving out bikes, help with organizing stuff( they helped me get a shuttle to da nang) and also prepare a outstanding breakfast. My room was beautiful, smelled amazing and was really clean. There was coffee, tea and a set of cutlery provided, aswell as all the stuff you need in a bathroom, going as far as providing a sewing kit!! I could go on with other small things, but long story short: Go here really worth a stay!!

If you ever visit the beautiful town of Hoi An, please do not look further for your accommodation. This is THE place. Its difficult to find one thing that we didn't like at Pink Tulip. High end service in deceptively low prices. The room was spacious & clean, all amenities included. Great bathroom (& rain shower) and comfortable bed. Super nice balcony too! The hosts are just lovely: they really make you feel like home, from arrival to departure. Great attention to detail, and truly going above and beyond to make your stay as care free as possible, e.g., free breakfast, laundry service, water bottles, fresh towels, bicycles for going around...I can go on and on.. We just loved it here and kept extending our stay, in the end from 3 to 8 days..😅 Definitely the best accommodation we had in Vietnam!

I was impressed by this property when I was making a booking itself and it exceeded expectations when we arrived for real at this place.This homestay has a serene aura and feels very welcoming right before you even step in.The owners passion and dedication to create and design this wonderful space reflects in every nook and corner. The hosts are very kind, friendly sharing so many stories and experiences.Their hospitality is excellent and well planned on every detail about how to cater to their guests which leaves no room for any complaints.They definitely win your hearts and go over and above like they even packed us breakfast and booked a taxi the day we were leaving to Danang airport.They didnt even charge for the cycles and we had an amazing time cycling around the old town,going to the beach and enjoying this place even more. Coming to the room it is very cozy,spacious and gave me a feeling of staying in a luxurious place.It had a huge balcony with a lot of views with trees and greenery around so you cant stop staring at them in the mornings.A great way to start your day. Highly recommend this place to everyone.It offers a relaxed and soul satisfying time in Hoi An.Trust me you will not regret this decision and go back with a ton of memories. There is nothing I can think of that disappointed me at this place.

We stayed for two weeks and with time we liked it more and more. We really appreciate how quiet and relaxing the place feels. Rooms are clean and cozy, bikes were always ready for us to use, breakfast and laundry included... Overall great value for the price. But most importantly, Trung and Anne are such amazing and kind hosts, always trying to find ways to improve our experience. Thank you for making us feel at home. And for my birthday surprise. 😊 It was a real pleasure meeting you!

Anne and Trung are superb hosts -- friendly, warm, always willing to help, and they do a great job of anticipating your needs. They welcomed us with a few extra touches in our room (we informed them beforehand that we're on our honeymoon), and they even sent us off to the airport with a nice going-away gift. The entire place was squeaky clean, the bathroom is modern and classy, and the property is very well decorated and feels like a cozy getaway on the outskirts of Hoi An (the Koi pond entryway is so cool!). Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent hosts.
