The staff was amazing. They went the extra mile in everything. After our trip in Vietnam we could say that this was the best hotel we stayed. Not only for the hotel itself, but overall for the staff working there. Before our arrival I said it was my husband's birthday, so when we checked in, they had prepared special decoration in our room and a fantastic personalized cake. It was such a nice surprise! Everyday they made us feel special, so we could not be more happier. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, views of the rice fields were beautiful and the bathroom with the bathtub and giant shower was delightful. The swimming pool was a cool reward after strolling in the city. Breakfast was really nice and varied. On our departure day, they arranged our transportation to Hue in a good price. We would definitely stay again in this hotel! Many thanks to all the staff, you made our stay perfect.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and spacious. The view was great. The breakfast buffet had a lot of vegetarian options and the staff takes notes on potential preferences/ vegan/ vegetarian. They organised a birthday cake for me and decorated the room.Thanks to Ms. Sue and Ms. My. We've been so happy with this accomodation. The prices are very reasonable, the staff in general is amazing(!!) and I had tears in my eyes when we said goodbye. The hotels location is very good, it's calm but it's also next to the city, only 5 minutes with the free bicycles they offer. Thanks to all of you, we both felt very welcomed! Really a lovely cozy place to stay, great accomodarion, spacious room, bathroom with separate bath tub, nice balcony with pool view. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. I enjoyed the free bicycles which guests can use . Cycling to old historic center very easy and takes not more than 10 minutes. My special thanks goes to the staff for making me feel cared for and welcome You really went the extra mile when I forgot my wallet while at the beach and needed to pay for my lunch, without any hesitation you send the security man to bring me borrowed money Forever grateful for that Thank you dear ladies !!

We feel very lucky to have found this hotel. We were given a warm welcome from the moment we stepped through the doors. It is around 1.5 km from central Hoi An with free bikes you can use to easily get to the centre on a riverside path. The room and bathroom was spacious and well decorated. Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful and helped us to arrange transfers, trips and recommendations. This hotel felt warm and very personal. Thank you so much.

This was the best place we ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, it felt like staying with family. My partner had his birthday during our stay and they surprised him with a cake which was really sweet. Facility is very clean, our daughter especially enjoyed the beautiful pool. A great place to relax surrounded by beautiful greenery. Free bike rental makes it easy to access the old town (recommend taking the River route). Last but very definitely not least - the food/breakfast was amazing! A huge choice of dishes available from the buffet + we especially appreciated that you could have fresh eggs (not the packaged stuff) and soups made to order. if I could give this place 15/10 points, I would. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you guys for being so sweet to our daughter and us ❤️❤️❤️

Very beautiful swimming pool surrounding by green. Very relaxing to swim in the morning with birds chirping; Staffs are friendly and open-minded; Breakfast was delicious with lots of fruits, corn and good coffee; Clean towels with good smell and can change frequently; Room are spacious. I like the separate shower room; Very good view around the hotel with river and green field

About 20-25 minutes walking to the old town so it would be a bit tough when the weather was hot and humid; Not easy to call grab taxi but it's fine to call other taxi services; No elevator but the staffs can help bring the suitcases;

The most amazing place to stay - could not recommend it more! The bedrooms are large with beautiful bathrooms and lovely views. Very comfy bed! The housekeeping team were incredible throughout the stay. Breakfast is great with a huge range of selections - they’ll even remember how you like your eggs! The pool area is lovely and lots of deck chairs in sun and shade. We felt really safe here with excellent security. Finally, the reception team are simply incredible and go above and beyond to help make your stay perfect! Massive thank you to Ms Lee, Ms My and Ms Sue.

Absolutely nothing not to like - all amazing.

Great hotel to stay in Hoi An. It's clean and has nice tropical grounds near the river. Some rooms have nice river views and all the rooms have a nice balcony. Breakfast is very good as well as the location. It was hot, so we used a scooter to move around. It took us 5 mins to get to the town center and 15 minutes to get to An Bang beach. The staff - Ms. Sue, Ms. My ,and Ms. Lee is simply amazing! Our first room was hot inside, and they moved us to a family room that was twice as big for the same price. They also recommended nice restaurants around. Thank you, Ms. Sue, Ms. My ,and Ms. Lee!

This is a cute little boutique hotel about 30 mins stroll riverside to hoi an old town. We stayed a week here and it was one of the better stays of ouv5 month travels. The rooms are spacious and worth upgrading to second or 3rd floor for a little more privacy .Breakfast every morning was 10 out of 10. Varied eggs cooked to order,pancakes fruit pastries baguettes all top class.huge asian menu also.we loved everything about our stay but most of all the staff are exceptional.From main reception to breakfast staff to cleaning staff and security are so kind and friendly and always looking to help you in any way.Hired a scooter one day to head to marble mountains and it was perfect .the next time we wanted it again they said to get a better scooter with local company for bigger engine for longer journey..They could have rented us the smaller one but number one priority for staff at riverside is customer happiness.we loved our stay and highly recommend riverside villas.You will be well looked after.

We loved everything

The hospitality exceeded our expectations by miles. The care and looking after by Ms. Lee and her team, their attention to detail and ensuring every bit of our 2 day stay was hassle free. From the check in, helping us with all the things to do in Hoi An, suggestions of tailors, restaurants, attractions were spot on. We got a free upgrade to a triple seater which was so spacious and the views of the sunrise especially at 5 AM were to die for.The bathroom and the shower area are unique must check it out. The breakfast and lunch was delicious under the aegis of Mr. Linh the chef. The other staff members Ms. Sue and Mr. Sam were equallty courteous and helpful, making up a wonderful, hard working and passionate team at this property who love their jobs and go beyond the expected lines to ensure their guests stay happy and leave with happy memories of Hoi An with a thought to visit again in future.
