1. I like the staff are very helpful with the luggages. 2. The breakfast is good, but it would be perfect if can offer more options there.

1. Better to install some sockets above the bedside table so that the guests can charge their 3C products with convenience. 2. Better to have a mobile drying rack in the balcony or yard, so it’s easier for guests to dry their clothes. It’s hard to dry them in the bathroom since it’s very humid in the whole city. 3. The English level of staff can be improved. When I told them I need the wipes in the reception or dinning area, no one understood, which really surprised me.

A nice place to stay with yout family. Friendly staff who always saying hi and being super helpful during the stay. The 04 beds villa we stayed in is quite good, ours is near the entrance to the beach which was convenient. Just wish that there is a beach-front option. Many fun entertainments, speed boat available 24/24 which helps with travelling from/to inland.

Villa is a bit old so some minor trouble such as door hard/cannot lock properly, stains on furniture...but housekeeping did a great jobs of keeping beds and showers clean. Lighting too yellow for makeup tho...

we had a wonderful trip in Vinpearl Nha Trang. The location is on an isolated island connected by an express ship just for 5-10 minutes. the facilities are excellent, and the staffs are helpful and friendly. we had full courses (3 meals) with VinWonder tickets because we traveled with 2 small kids.

Lunch is late at 12 am. we really expected around 11 or at least 11:30. No dim sum at all meals.

1. kids club need to pay money for the Flamingo float over at the hotel pool. kinda cheap skate. Charge residence for 100.000 Dong per hour rental. 2. Villa 6110 toiletries mixed up for 3 consecutive nights. Make me call the counter and chat with them every night. 3. Mainland receptionist counter lobby air con was not available. While waiting for my Airport transfer, guest was sweating all over.

Great process to check-in and check-out and transport between locations, friendly and helpful staff, big pool and private beach. The most convenient thing is they provided an extra house key to keep the power running when you're away from your villa.

Since the location is remote, they should be able to provide snack/drinks while having a regulation of not allowing food/ drinks from outside. No Vinmart or any convenient store can be found. And you can't bring stuff from the mainland to the resort. Very inconvenient and not thoughtful. Spa treatments and food at their in-house restaurants are quite overpriced.

Room condition, ocean view, bathroom, everything was good. I used the swimming pool and the sea well. Breakfast and Lagoon Beach Club food were also delicious. I'm satisfied with the room service.

There was a lot of noise because it was during the construction period, and there was no order at breakfast, so it was chaotic. The water in the pool was too hot. I hope it's cool.

Amazing views. 5 star luxury accommodation. Fantastic large pool. Reasonably priced for meals and drinks.

Service in the Lagoon Bar was not great at all. Staff weren’t overly friendly. No English speaking TV channels (only local TV). No room service. Advertised a mini bar but only had 2 soft drinks in it. Waste of money getting room with Vinwonders access - 2 hour line up for rides!

Good location. The room was clean.Employee follow-up was very good.The email response was very fast.

It would have been nice to have more TukTuk services on weekends.I wanted Japanese food on the dinner menu.

it screams luxury. most staff were lovely. only the ones on the main land during check in was a bit unsatisfactory. they were rushing us as soon as we got out of our taxi. they were pushing us in even though we havent even paid our taxi yet.

the villa pools were not heated. the water was freezing

Nice staff, relaxing accommodation and facilities such as spa, vin wonders. I strongly recommend this resort for vacation especially for family.

Hope to have more various type of breakfast and restaurant inside. It would be better having a convenience store : )
