As resort hotels go, this is one of the best resorts we ever been in. the number of employees per guest is so high, you just need to lift your had and couple of staff members will ask what they can help you with. Rooms are vary spacious, well designed and with a balcony to the pool and beach

It's hard to "complain" about something that is up front, but you must understand - Vinpearl has it's own ferry access to all the island hotels and Vinwonders (Theme park), the ferry service is 24/7 each half hour with a shuttle from the hotels to the ferry etc. It makes little difference if you plan to be most of your time in the resort facilities, but if you plan to visit the city a lot, it can get complicated.

I stayed here four nights with my husband and my parents (we checked-in on 21.03.23 and checked-our on 25.03.23). My parents are 86 and 80 years old. We stayed in 2 Deluxe Queen Ocean View rooms. First of all I would like to thank from my heart to All Staff of Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang. They were always so helpful, friendly and caring, especially to my parents. They made our family holiday more wonderful and unforgettable! My parents, my husband (German) and I were so happy and satisfied staying there. Secondly is that, the resort has all what we needed: we had fantastic ocean view from our balconies, the rooms were also super! The pools and beach were also perfect! Only thing is that, the resort has no 2 room-villas for 4-persons family like us. Villas there are too big and not necessary for us. Therefore, we booked 2 rooms. The disadvantage of this is that, it is not so convenient for old guests to go out themselves with the elevator. I was worried when my parents went out the first time without us, because they were not getting used to elevator ☺️. But they managed it. And at the lobby they always had someone to support them. The resort is also just few minutes away from Vinwonders and offers free speed-boat each 30mins. Only if you want to go to the city center, you need to take taxi (but the receptionist will oder taxi for guests). (P/S no one from Staffs told us to rate the Resort with max point but I am doing that because they deserve it ❤️).

Not really. We would love to leave some tip for the reception team like a thank but there were no Tip Box 😃.

The room as always fantastic, clean , beach front villa, decent buffet, fast transit, amusement park near by. Perfect stay for a family with kids. Vinpearl kitchen has all type of food for kids, easy to order in room-dining , clean and safety.

The only minus probably is not organized tents ( to create shadows ) in Vinpearl land park. Queue places without proper shades or fans, summer time park makes people suffer, is not a joyful experience. simple tents would settle the problem, more benches for people to rest, more outside fans, create walk paths with shadow tents... I never go to VP park if i not stay in island hotels, which allow me bring kids to rest after every 2 hour spent in park....

The Villa I booked for my family was beautiful! We only planned one day so we would be close to Vinwonder. When we arrived I instantly booked for 2 more just to enjoy the resort itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was very good and even when arriving late food was stocked. The restaurant had great service and food too. The private pool was well maintained and had a great view.

Charging over 1.200.000 VND to bring over any snacks is greedy and I was very surprised vinpearl would add that charge. They don’t have a store that provided basic needs for the island sunscreen,hygiene products or snacks! So you must leave the island or go to vinwonder to get anything. Besides that I seen no problem with our stay it was great.

Vinpearl staff are absolutely some of the best staff I've experienced travelling not just in vietnam but anywhere I've travelled at all, they are extremely polite with great English and make everything super clear. I had a great time here with it being so easy to go to vinwonder and the pool and private beach being absolutely spectacular with a great view. I have 9/10 instead of 10/10 due to the fact the air-conditioning does not go below 25 degrees C which we confirmed with staff was the lowest it would go. Being from Australia I'm used to hot nights, but when paying the premium price vinpearl offer, I do not expect to wake up being too hot next to my partner, this just isn't a problem I've had with hotels I've paid half the price for. Other than that your definitely getting your moneys worth at this wonderful resort for a great experience.

As mentioned the air conditioning not going below 25 degrees C is a bit of a let down which I did not expect from a premium resort such as this, other then that wonderful time.

I would recommend to spend at least two nights here at the resort. It's worth the money. Breakfast is exceptional, so much food on offer, endless variety... Pool is huge and there is an access to the beach with a beautiful white sand. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. We are not a big eaters so we dined in Jasmine and Chinese restaurants where you can order what you're craving for. There is a buffet also on the main floor and for 750k pp you can eat as much as possible. Grounds are well looked after, clean and maintained.

Everything is great, well organised.

foods and restaurants were very satisfactory. Swimming pool life guards were very attentive to secure the safety of swimmers. I even happened to look at a life guard saving a swimmer who was about to drown. Nobody in the pool thought the swimmer was in danger but those life guards kept an eye on the swimmer and took a necessary actions withiut hesitation.

There was a one lady chefcwho served eggs during breakfast. Very unkind making faces to all customers. She shouldn’t work at thst post if she diesn’t like her job or feel annoyed by guests

Good breakfast selection and location. Recommend to have a staff at each food station to make sure some guests do not touch or put food back and cutting in line.

We had Bun Bo Hue and the kitchen staff switched to thin vermicelli noodle the next time we visited. We were told they ran out of thick noodle. We should have been informed before we order. Need to maintain high standards and food quality. Spoke to restaurant manager and he acknowledged the issue. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

We really enjoy the wonderful bathing facilities, fantastic and super clean beach, lovely to bath here both in the morning and in the afternoon. Pool and Spa as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, there is a Vietnamese cuisine corner, fresh seafood and meat barbecue, along with many different tasting dishes. Deserts are well made, che and fruits are amazing. Vinwonders is close to the hotel and worth visiting, see musical water fountain show, beautiful sunset and flowers.

Our second time on the island. lovely staff. delicious full board. The previous time we were at the Resort and spa Hotel, but used the chance to explore other locations. This hotel we like the most. It’s high level place to spend holiday with whole family 🙂

just one remark. Once I asked Madame An at the reception about Half Day Park Tickets. She informed me incorrectly. I had to spend time and return to the hotel to buy tickets there. The situation is trivial, nothing bad, but.. I made a remark about this at the reception and did not even receive an apology. it really surprised me.
