Privacy, island life (all electric and great air quality) beach was beautiful 😍 attentive staff, the spa is fantastic.

The water pressure in the room wasn't great and the shower was often cold. Some of the fixtures and fittings are quite dated in the room.

It is the perfect destination for a luxury vacation. We stayed at the beach view villa and we literally had the whole beach to ourselves. They were very kind to cater to our special request for vegetarian food and also the availability of Indian cuisine. We had one of the best spa experience ever with the sounds of ocean waves and the wind, it was truly magical. We would like to mention one of the staff members, Le Thanh Dien who offered to do our photoshoot on the beach since we went on our honeymoon. The hospitality was par excellence.. we would recommend this property to everyone.

The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

Unless we misunderstood something, the only restaurant in the hotel served sea food only and it was too much of "fine dining" for our taste, so we ended up doing room service most of the time. Even if the room service was really tasty and well-priced, it would have been nicer to eat in some restaurant. (I would give 9/10 because of this, but I did read in another review that there is another restaurant which is currently undergoing renovation. So hopefully this will be back soon.) A minor point, but before going there, it wasn't directly obvious where to go for check-in on the main-land and to get to the boat to the island. (Google maps shows two boat routes to the island.)

The entire stay was amazing! The comfort and the entire experience of the place was beyond what words can describe. I would like to personally thank Mr Khao, a staff who was wholesome and amazing and brimming with positivity! The food was tasty, the place was mind blowing, the spa was awesome. Overall wholesome and wonderful!

The seafood restaurant was the thing that was not to my liking. In a place like this, there needs to be more variety and better food options since there are only 2 restaurants on the property. The seafood restaurant was a let down. it was also very expensive.

The hotel is far away from the mainland so we were able to have complete privacy. Quiet and clean with a private beach (no trash) and a nice spacious pool. The spa was very good so highly recommended for those staying. Also good to know they provide free transport from the pier (mainland) to the hotel.

Would like to have more options to eat (only 1 restaurant with 2 menus) but you can visit other hotels for food as well.

difficult to get drinking water without paying. room needs upgrading. falling apart a bit - the plunge pool was very tired and not appealing to use. shower pressure very poor. it would be nice if the f&b discount applied to all the vinpearl resort restaurants. we were not made aware it was only for luxury so was disappointed when we ate outside luxury. more information about the island would be good, what there is to do etc. hotel seemed quite silo to the rest of the island.

Great location on the island next to the mainland - you can reach the mainland (Nha Trang) with a speedboat in 7 min. (24 hours every 30 min.) or the cable car in the future. Perfect combination of peace and quiet but if needed you can go to the city and join the buzz!

Nothing it was just perfect!

Our stay here was perfect. I had the children with me so it’s close proximity and personal shuttle service to the adventure park was great, and it’s far enough away to be another - more relaxed - world. The poolside was paradise, and taking the complimentary tea there was a highlight. Also the Spa facility and location on the beach was amazing.

The restaurant looked nice but didn’t really look suitable with two young children in tow, however the excellent choices available on room service made up for that.

This is my second time to stay at the resort. Everything goes smoothly as expected.

Just one younger driver with the white shirt made me feel unwelcomed. On the night of Nov the 3rd at around 10 PM the driver picked me that at the port without saying hello, just stared at the guests, he took me to the lobby on that night. We felt so uncomfortable with him.

Location was amazing , the room and facilities were top class and the staff were exceptional , very helpful and and friendly.

Food was poor for a 5 star resort and there was alot of construction working going on. Also the vinpearl wonders was a little run down and overpriced. Wasn't much opened.
