Our beachfront villa was perfectly located at the resort. It was clean, roomy, elegant and just steps away from beachfront. It was almost like heaven on earth during our 5-night stay.

Couple of our bathrooms smelled like sewer for the first few days and we finally gave in and called front desk. The showers drainages needed to be unclogged and that did the trick. On the other front, it was summer break for the locals (Vietnamese) so breakfast was a bit chaotic (crying kids, kids running around dining areas), there was no shortages of loudness. Staffs need to speak up a bit louder. Everyone is so soft spoken, and you couldn't really hear or understood their responses to your questions.

Villa is large with modern luxurious furniture. The kitchen is large but mostly useless. We tried multiple times to have some cooking utensils but they could not provide. Not even spoons or forks. There were ants and small insects in our kitchen. We understand the surroundings and the grass but this is not acceptable from a 5-star property and that too from the Melia brand. and LIZARDS OMG. There are lizards everywhere. We noticed 5 small lizards in the pool side, 3 at the front, and 2 inside the villa. So I assume the housekeeping is not done very well. Breakfast: simply amazing. The variety and quality of food is superb. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was very attentive and caring. They also brought some Indian vegetarian meal items for us and we appreciate them for this extra effort. The private beach is pretty and clean, though the sea was rough during our stay, so we could not swim. They also have bicycles available. Overall: Property facility 5/5, Food 5/5, Housekeeping 2/5.

everything was good, the staff were friendly, helful. Kind of cool that moving around by tuk tuk 24/7 cos the compound is big, we liked it. we enjoy the pool very much, very private and comfortable.

food was poor of taste, used room service twice. both time were bad experience. Red curry wasnt curry, felt like duck soaked in super rich coconutmilk. Bun bo (Hue noodle soup) and wonton soup were not nice at well. i hope with that charge from the hotel the taste should be exceptable. breakfast buffet was diversity, taste ok.

Huge villa complex, really suitable for a family or a group, villas are spacious, same as on pictures, the private beach is clean, nice with amazing sunsets, property provides free tuk tuk inside and free shuttle busses to nearby attractions, complimentary pick up and drop off to airport, the staff was well trained and very professional. The place is perfect for quiet family vacation!

Everything was perfect, it's just a very quiet place with not many food options if you don't take full board you can take shuttle bus to go outside (Grand World) to eat.

The villa is just amazing - spacious, luxurious and with everything what you need. The beach is one of the best which we have seen. The whole complex was full but still you don't have the feeling, plenty room everywhere. The stuff is mostly friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast even though it was the same every day.

The thing which we didn't like at all were the food options - two expensive a la carte restaurants without many options, the buffet was even more. If you are not all inclusive, you need to hunt for restaurants. But even in this situation, we had amazing stay

Breakfast was an event for every Country taste buds - fabulous selection for all - always very fresh and replenished constantly - extremely helpful staff from Waiting staff to Egg man. Villa was very spacious and the luxury of our on Pool was a real treat. Getting around the area was free by Shuttles/Tuktuks/Golf carts never had to wait more than a few minutes for pick up, free Electric bus to the main centres 5 minutes Wonder World and 30 mins to Duong Dong city. Taxi ride to Casino 5 mins away was a glamorous night out in itself. Recommend this property for Family's and couples. Food and service and customer care was exceptional we look forward to another stay.

The villa was spacious. We booked 2 bedrooms villa but they upgraded us to 3 bedrooms without extra cost. The beach was close but we couldn’t swim cause the waves were so noisy tough.

1. There were snakes on the way to our villa. I advised the hotel and they sent someone to capture it. 2. At night time, we went swimming in the pool and when my daughter went back inside, she couldn’t see the glass and bang her head into it. The property could’ve have visual glazing strip for the back doors instead of all clear glasses. 3. The buffet was alright but for some reasons the food just not that attractive. 4. The aircon made very loud noise but the hotel sent staff straight away to fix it. They also sent us fruits platter for the inconvenience.

Don't think twice about it. It is heavenly.

The location is amazing. We had a beach villa and it was absolutlty fantastic

Unfortunately, they have a lot of unprepared staff. This is something that we didn’t expect from a 5* hotel. One day, we couldn’t order some pizza dor the kolids because they closed the beach restaurant in the afternoon due to too many ordera. This is unacceptable for a Melia Hotel. In order to bring some water or beers to the table, we needed to wait for 30-40’ and the moment they brought them, they were worm. While the reason it took them so long was that they need it to keep them to cool down. In terms of services, I think is the worst we encountered in many years.

The location although quite isolated from the island centre but very close to other attractions within Vin's ecosystem We also liked the breakfast buffet, the beach and the kid's zone.

I feel that our bed wasn't very clean. The villa although seems nicely decorated and new, but when look closely the furniture, windows all required maintenance and upgrade. Our back door which open to the pool couldn't be locked. The villa had a huge kitchen and dining table, yet no cooking and dining equipment provided, making us quite confused on how we could utilize the provided kitchen. The food option for the in-room dining was 95% mainly Western. We suggest some more Asian/ Vietnamese options would be great.
