Everything was outstanding. Food, service, location everything deserves a super star. The Villa's are massive and with a private jacuzzi pool you wouldn't feel like going out anywhere. Also the beach is right in front of you, or probably can walk to it in 2min. The small electric buggy's are also right outside your door for moving you around anywhere inside the huge property. I want to specially thank Phu Quang for his amazing hospitality. I didn't feel like he is from Sanato, but he was helping me with every small to big things with my trip. Sunset Sanato surely has some great staff and Quang is the best I would say. My family and myself thank the entire team of Sanato for everything.

Sang, the manager, and most of all the staff in the resort were really really helpful & supportive to our group. Our group had some problems with the transportation hence the check in to the hotel as well as many other small little things became messy. But Sang & the team there was so supportive and made us feel warm by their care & extra service with heart. thanks so much guys. Sure we come back and see you guys next time

The room and service was wonderful. The reception, especially Mr. Quang is professional, friendly and helpful and helped us making stay memorable. They organized airport cabs for us and even arranged a rental bike so that we can roam around.

Fall in love with almost everything with this resort. We stayed for 2 days (Junior Suite Garden View). 1. Only 10 minutes from airport. It is located just right on a beach with beautiful sunset view and picturesque scenery. 2. Professional, polite and friendly staff. We arrived at the resort early (early flight) and the staff did their best to prepare our room. We got our room around 1.00 pm. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. We travelled with an infant and a toddler. The staff have made us feel comfortable and welcomed. 4. The room is nice and clean, exactly like what you see in booking sites. It was top-notch. Overall, it was a great stay!

1. Slightly far from the town area and other tourist spots. But don't worry, taxi is always ready for you. (if you don't mind spending your money on the transportation) 2. I wish the restaurant has more choices of ala carte menu.

Staff were very helpful. In particular, Mr. Quang contacted me before our stay, so we were able to arrive at the hotel with peace of mind. Also, when we checked out, we were able to get on the plane very smoothly by his arranging the checkout time and transportation to the airport. The restaurant had a lot of delicious food and the my kids were delighted. Every day, we went to the big pool, the private pool, and the sea. In addition, we think that we stay again when we come to visit Phu Quoc next time.

I was worried that the water in the pool was a little cloudy. I know it will be hard to make it happen, but I want it. Also, it was a pity that there was trash on the beach. This may not be the hotel's fault, but rather the guest's problem, but I think a trash-free sandy beach is very comfortable.

stayed here one night only,the beach at the resort famous for admiring the sunset and IG photo-taking. they even open their beach to other tourists,so the beach may full of non residents. but unfortunately,that day when checked in,not a sunny day,the sky rather gloomy,and even rained at the sunset time,but i did take many pics at the beach.the room is ok,not very big, bathroom is clean,and with a bathtub.the room has a TV,a fridge,a wardrobe,also comes with aircon. it is a villa concept, there are four bed rooms in a villa,and luckily,i dont need to share rooms with others.the whole villa occupied by me. i dont like the idea of sharing room with others,but no choice,they dont have hotel rooms at the moment.i noticed they started to build a boutique hotel near the villa. maybe one day can stay at their hotel?the resort is quite big, i had dinner here,ordered tagliatelle with broccoli,mango smoothie and yogurt panna cotta ,the dessert a bit hard,not nice,keep too long time in the fridge? but others is good, i love the pasta.but the price quite expensive. if you want to eat outside,it is possible,you can walk to the nearby community, more options.breakfast is buffet style,very tasty and worth the money.they offer free shuttle bus to airport,but that time,the staff said the bus service temporarily unavailable. so they called a taxi for me,but paid by the villa.thumb up for this service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sunset Sonata hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we booked our reservation, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received from employee Quang. He contacted us a day before check in and offered transfer from the airport, which was a great convenience. He also offered us an early check in at 10 am rather than the usual 2 pm, which allowed us to settle in and relax right away. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and the manager at the desk personally showed us to our villa and explained everything in detail. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While the prices in the restaurant were a bit on the high side, we found them to be reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. The golf cars that were offered to transport us around the hotel were a nice touch, but we preferred to walk around and take in the beautiful surroundings at our own pace. The beach and pool areas were both well-maintained and had plenty of sunbeds available. We also appreciated the fact that Quang was able to assist us with a transfer free of charge to a bus stop where we could catch a bus to Vinpearl Safari. To top it all off, Quang even allowed us to check out late due to our flight being at 6 pm, and arranged for a transfer to the airport. We were truly grateful for his assistance and the overall hospitality of the staff. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Sunset Sonata hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the facilities were beautiful. A special thanks to Quang for making our stay extra special. We will definitely be returning in the future!
