Lovely stay in a comfortable, good sized bedroom with a fabulous view out over the ocean. Breakfast is amazing and the pool is great (and very well maintained). Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location with alternative eating options handy and the free bus stop not far.

Definitely go for the ocean view rooms as the other side outlook is not great.

This is a beautiful hotel. We were met by Mr Toi when we arrived, he had all our reservation details on hand, so check in was a breeze. Mr. Toi was very nice and very good at his job. The hotel is modern and clean. We stayed in a suit, with breath taking Seaview's, and to just sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the sunset over the sea, was just living the dream. Breakfast is excellent, with great choices. The pool and beach areas are nice and clean. This hotel is around half the price of the other 5-star hotels in the area. My wife and I are frequent travelers to Phu Quoc, and would rate this hotel as the best we have ever stayed in. A big thank you to Mr. Durong the bell captain. He is such a nice man, who obviously loves his job. He would always be so welcoming and take care of all you needs, he is a real asset to this hotel.

Excellent breakfast variety. Long breakfast hours, from 7am to 11am. Free pickup at airport and free transportation to airport.

The structure apparently seemed old and in need of renovation. There was a long crack between our room front door and the door frame where we could see through and the light came in from outside. Furniture in the hotel lobby and our room were all made of stained hard wood (not comfortable to sit on).

People working there- The service was exceptional. The accommodations were simple clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding - with great variety - delicious And the breakfast relaxed.

Staff were very friendly and able to provide assistance with tourist attractions. Location is good, in the middle of the island. Breakfast had many varieties. Pool & beach nearby.

The hotel should add more pamphlet on tourist attractions eg Grand World Phu Quoc, waterfall areas, National Parks, Sunset Town.

The staff was kind and helpful. The view from the rooms is amazing (the ones with an ocean view) and the hotel is located close to the airport.

The door alarms every time a guest did not fully close the room's door. At night it can be very annoying.
