Cottage accommodation was spacious, comfortable and a few steps from the beach, pool and restaurant. The whole atmosphere was warm and friendly. The property is a few minutes walk to a strip of restaurants and shops offering the whole range from street food to luxury dining. We loved it. Phu Quoc is hot with a remarkably uniform climate, reliably 32 degrees C every day at this time of year with warm ocean water and pool. Too warm for many, but not for us!

The lack of espresso coffee in the resort and local restaurants is a shame but can easily be tolerated given the other attractions.

Great little hotel, there were no crowds or queues anywhere and sunbeds on the beach were always available regardless of the time of the day. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, as there’s no music or parties at the hotel in the evening. Plenty of good restaurants nearby on the main road and along the beach there’s a few massage places. Staff go out of their way to make everyone’s stay very enjoyable. New Year’s Eve dinner was lovely and with plenty of choice, and celebrating on the beach was one of the highlights of our stay. Along with the most amazing sunsets every day!

There could more options of fruit at breakfast, but that could be due to the time of the year. Breakfast is otherwise really nice and the lady at the egg/soup station is very friendly

We stayed our first couple nights in one of their bungalows, so in comparison, the deluxe rooms are smaller, yet the room was spacious. We loved being right at the beach and seeing the beautiful sunsets every night—breakfast included and provided a great variety of food. While the restaurant offers a small selection, everything we tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. As a side note, the restaurant and outdoor showers were under construction. They closed the restaurant right after breakfast and were up and running the following day. That is the fastest we have seen a repair take while minimizing the inconvenience to guests. You could still order food to eat by the pool or have it delivered to your room.

Fabulous service.. They think of their guests. Immediately from arriving the receptionist attended to my wound that I had received on the plane due to my eczema.. Restaurant always promptly delivered my food and drinks. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff, thoughtful. I have poor knees because of my weight. They noticed me on my first evening struggling up the stairs to my room.. I declined switching my room to downstairs because of the fantastic balcony view. :) Pain is beauty afterall. Wonderful beach and pool experience. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much. I will be booking here again in the future shall I return to Phu Quoc!!

I have to think really hard about something I didn't like. Nothing comes to mind!

Anja is a superb option to stay in Phu Quoc. Direct access to the beach, spacious bungalows, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and breakfast were so-so for us and if you stay there for long you might want to venture out of the hotel in the nearby town where there's more places for food and drink. But many other guests seemed perfectly happy to have all their meals in the hotel. Quality of service and cleanliness were also top notch. We saw all demographics of holiday makers, from groups of older people to young couples with kids staying there. The reception was very helpful in arranging excursions and activities. It was among the most affordable hotels in this category when we were searching and it definitely did not disappoint. I would recommend and stay there again.

Excellent location right by the beach and close to restaurants, bars, and other services. Although the hotel is old, it seems to be well-maintained. The room is spacious, and the hotel consists of several bungalows and small buildings, rather than a tall, monolithic structure. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, from reception to the restaurant and beach staff. They are attentive and proactive in anticipating and meeting any needs. The breakfast is excellent—the best we’ve had in Vietnam (from the perspective of two Canadians), with plenty of options to suit all tastes. They also offer scooter rentals and tours.

The gym is a bit disappointing as it only consists of a couple of outdoor machines. The airport shuttle has a fixed schedule, which is not specified at the time of booking, and does not accommodate late-night flights after 7:00 pm. On the first morning, we were woken up before 7 am by staff cleaning furniture and doing maintenance in the room next to ours. We complained to reception, and the next day they started at 7:30 am.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and the stunning surroundings of the resort. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making every aspect of my visit truly enjoyable. I also want to highlight the incredible dining experiences and the beautifully maintained facilities, which made my stay even more memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Vivian at the reception, whose professionalism and kindness set the tone for a perfect stay. I want to thank the management for choosing such a dedicated and exceptional individual like her; she made my experience even more special. The rooms are immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Every detail seems thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful and luxurious experience. The ambiance of the resort is serene, and the attention to cleanliness is impeccable, making it easy to relax and refresh. The real highlight, though, is the breathtaking view of the beach. The soft sand stretches towards the endless horizon, where the crystal-clear sea meets the sky. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the sight is nothing short of majestic – the kind that leaves you speechless. The beach, with its pristine waters and calm surroundings, felt like a piece of paradise. The resort was very pretty and peaceful. Though it rained most of the time (we came in the rainy season), we made great use of the facilities m and services provided. The resort has free airport transfer which was very convenient. You could also book activities through the front desk like Vinwonders and Aquatopia and a driver is provided too (for a small price). Breakfast was okay, tasty enough for sustenance for the whole day. All staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Overall my friends and I had a superb time in Anja, we are definitely coming again during the wet season.

Property was on beach front location. We booked in for a bungalow with sea view. The staff were very helpful as we booked for 3 adults but found the room to be very small to accommodate 3 adults. The manager (Daisy) was very professional and sorted out our accommodation with the third adult having their own accommodation. Breakfast was also included and again the staff were very accommodating. We had diet requirements and the staff went out their way to help us. Rooms were cleaned every day and the beach location was ideal place for relaxation.
