Everything was perfect..I'm happy to stay there. Room and cleaning was excellent Reservations staff (Jenny) she was really great and welcoming on call ... Wish Her good luck 👍 Over all everything was realy great 👍

The bed was comfy and tea coffee amenities were there. Nice and quite room.Nice and welcoming staff. I forget the name african lady was very welcoming with nice smiling face. The Mr Manager really kind person. Sure will go back soon.

There was a slight delay in check in process which could have been avoided. The restaurant did not have many options.

The best thing which I liked the most were the smiling faces if Mr.. Dillon on the Reception and Mr. Deepraj and Mr. Pramod were also the part of the reception area, their warm welcoming was tremendous and very loving attitude, God bless them all

Unfortunately their satellite channels were large in numbers, the only channel which was Pakistani news channels Bol News & ARY News were not available to which I would purposely visit Pakistani restaurants to watch these channels, i,e Des Pardes etc.

The hotels and rooms look to old. Found cockroaches in the room Front office staff very friendly and helpful. especially abdulrehman. .

The room was not fine I ordered food at 11 am. Which i received at 2pm Morethen 3 hours late

People hospitality in this hotel is very nice I do appreciate them all I do extended my stay for another night

The price in the app is 150 then when you reach you Will be surprised by the taxes and charges if you could include all this in the application by making it clear hotel fees with full change it would make it clear to the costomer to know his budget

At the reception a so professional and kinde girl JENNY I would like to thank her, also recommend to upgrade her to be as supervisor as she more intelligent than the supervisor who was there during my staying at the hotel

Closed windows is not a good idea, because I used to open widow ever day for one hour to recycling air in room

The interior was excellent. The staff were great and friendly. All their facilities were working just fine.

Parking isn't enough.
