The stay and the property for what I paid was reasonable. The staff was very polite. The size of the room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable.

What I did not like is the fact that this was our third stay and the pool closed sign has been up every time. Very upsetting to my 5yo son. The rooms are a little outdated. There is really nowhere to store your clothes for a long stay. No drawer storage space, for your clothes. The vending selection is nonexistent. There are no snacks. There is a soda machine and an ice machine.

Staff was awesome. Anything that was asked they explained yes or no they couldn't do it. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. Great location to where I needed to be.

Asked for room service and came back to blood on my sheets and comforter. Called the front desk and she apologized and had a clean set of lining in the lobby for me to come get. i didn't pay for a room to be the housekeeper as well, That was the only thing that changed my rating on this location. Things happen, however when you are making a bed and see stains, remove the sheets and start over. I am an owner of a cleaning service in KY, and if my worker left a property as my room was left they would've been fired, immediately.

I didn’t eat breakfast only because I wasn’t up earlier enough for it BUT it did smell delicious, sheets were clean, no bugs, the room was very cozy and cute and I loved the blackout curtains they had, I did not like the shower, we wore slides in the shower, they was hair in the floor of the shower and the shower curtain wasn’t clean

The room was comfortable and clean, property well kept, mini fridge was a good convenience, friendly staff and affordable price.

The pool was slightly smaller than what I was expecting. Would have liked a little more variety for breakfast (i.e. scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc.,). No complaints though, it was a wonderful stay!

Only thing I don't like is the old style set up with the sink inside the room as opposed to being inside the actual restroom.

The breakfast and parking were good, I was there during Wings over Wayne and was blessed to find a vacancy. Customer Service was great, I will recommend your Quality Inn to others.

one couple, 2 overweight ladies, took all the muffins, bagels and anything else they wanted. so breakfast was limited because there was nothing left.

Location was good. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it was more than adequate. The desk clerk that checked us in was super friendly, very nice. He made us feel welcome. Over all, we had a pleasant stay.

The upholstery on the room chair could use a good deep cleaning, otherwise, we didn't really have any issues.

I can not remember who was at the front desk that day, but they were phenomenal! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. We are a local nonprofit who help homeless and addicts come off of the street. Sometimes there aren’t next day beds available at their rehabs, so we have to put them in a hotel. The gentleman at the counter was extremely understanding and kindhearted towards myself, and our men seeking help. Understandably, We don’t get that often. Thank you!!

Very quiet. Clean!! Comfortable. Will stay again!
