The hotel is located on the frontage road and near restaurants. The natural light in the bathroom is a huge plus! I really enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and professional. They even did the courtesy call to check on me about an hour after I checked in.

The parking lot is a little bit small. The spaces are tight, especially when loading luggage into your side door. Additionally, you can easily hear noise from the hallway. I was near the elevator and overheard a couple of conversations that I did not wish to. They were louder than the TV. My only choices were to hear the conversations or turn up the volume on the TV and disturb the people staying next door.

flexibility with check in. I arrive early in the morning and wanted to avoid in problems with check in and staff was able to make it a smooth process.

there are high arches and ceilings in the room so in terms of cleaning spiders webs and dust were there. had to spray so significant other won’t freak out due to being afraid of spiders.

My room was very large and clean; bed was comfortable. We especially liked the whirlpool tub

Brittany at the front desk was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The minor complaints of the facility were limited drink choices in the vending machine and breakfast choices were poor.

The parking is convenient & the renovations are very attractive. The room was very nice. It was very clean.

The bed was not comfortable. It need to be replaced & the pillows were all knotty, every one of them. We were in room 324 in case management sees this.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Located right off the interstate.

We love the location, the hotel was great, we loved the jacuzzi tub, everything was excellent, and the price was just perfect too!

Great breakfast considering the situation. Staff was always friendly and helpful. After arriving the tv would not work but it was fix within seconds by the staff. Received a call to make sure everything was good which it was.
