Food was great and staff were approachable. New hotel. There is a good Taco food truck just beside it.

The first room assigned to us has a refrigerator that had a liquid leaking with a very strong odor that seems like from a soiled food. It was leaking up to the carpet and stunk the entire room. There were some dirt on the floor that already sticked to the carpet. Maintenance/cleaning staff were not available after 5 pm so were got moved to another room, however, the beddings were not complete, There were no extra beddings for the sofa bed. The lady from the front desk gladly provided some sheets however, there was no blanket available so I was given 3 bed sheets to use as a blanket.

The place was very clean and quiet.

The elevator has issues, it will get you to your floor. But it is almost impossible to get back to the first floor without going to the second floor then using the stairs to get to the first floor. When mentioned to the front desk, the answer was "yeah you really need to hit the 1 button hard" How about you just fix it so guests don't have to punch a button to get back to the first floor.

We were there for a family emergency, the hotel is a block from the hospital. We extended our stay daily as the situation stabilized with my son at the hospital. The front desk was so helpful and printed out paperwork needed during my stay. They always greeted us when we walked through the front door and made us feel welcome.

Due to the late nights at the hospital, I wish the breakfast was later during the week, I had my 2 grandson’s with me and it was a challenge to get us dressed and down stairs by 9:00 for the 9:30 close of breakfast. However, the breakfast had many options and was wonderful!

very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet, good hot breakfast.

Small detail but a channel list for TV would be nice. had to just go through number by number and wait till commercials were over to see what station I was on until I found one I liked. Most hotels have a channel list if the TV had no guide.

The staff was very very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was super Miss Vanessa. I think her name was Vanessa. She was awesome. She had braids in her hair Coco brown complexion with glasses. Very nice young lady very respectful yes ma’am no ma’am.

The room was perfect. my grandbabies liked it the pool it was very clean very clean.

We rented this room for our daughter in law and grand daughter to have a girls weekend. They were so excited to get there and get checked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which helped calm their nervousness. Neither of them had ever been a hotel, alone, in a big city. The facility helped them feel safe and in good hands. They immediately relaxed and enjoyed their stay.

Neither of them had anything negative to say about the facility.

We arrived earlier than check-in time and appreciated their willingness to allow us to check in a little earlier than typical check-in time. The atrium was very nice and a great place to enjoy breakfast each morning which was kept well stocked. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.

I really do not have anything bad to say.

Appreciated the quick check-in, clean facilities, met all our expectations.

Television in first room didn't work, front desk staff didn't know how to resolve, but did move us to another room. No instructions in the room on pool hours or use of tv, remote doesn't seem to be the right one as only some of the buttons work. Toilet is older shorter style with no railing or support.

Breakfast was good but kitchen closing timing should be increased .

Everything was good

The receptionist who was there when we got there was Amazing! She was friendly! And I needed sheets for sofa bed and she right away went and got sheets and then even took the pillows to our room. She answered my questions and was super friendly!

Breakfast was okay but could have been a little better. They were out of stuff but I did see them working to add more.
