When I booked the hotel and requested to check in early. I received response from from hotel that said "we will arrange for you to check in from 12pm to 3pm". I came in at 1pm and the staff told me the room wasn't ready until 3pm.

This is our favorite property to stay at when we are in town. Management always puts effort in accommodating our requests. Location is centrally located to so many attractions along with feeling safe anytime we are here at CS Westchase. Complimentary breakfast is include and we enjoy the chilled fresh fruit infused water in the lobby. super refreshing! Rooms are spacious, definitely ideal for families as well as any visitors. most definitely keeps up to their name. Comfortable! Recent stay Alex was very professional and friendly!

Rooms can use more lighting and possibly a coffee table near the sofa seating area. some rooms have a cushion likes table and some don’t. Speaking from different time and dates of visit.

I was actually surprised! Super clean! My fiancé and me really liked it. The bathroom is extremely clean and fancy. With a walking shower. Staff was super friendly. Sunny at the front desk and the other girl with black hair were really helpful.

The pool was closed.

The Manager Crystal I’d rate as high as the last 5 star hotel I stayed. She had a great disposition and great management showed in her excellent employees. Whether it was the front desk or the hospitality staff pure excellence is what you’ll receive. This spot is going on my staycation list.

There’s nothing to dislike. Even the dentist office behind the hotel was great.

The staff was so friendly and polite. The property was nice enough. The room was very comfortable. The pool and fitness center were excellent.

My only complaint is the toiletries provided. Definitely recommend bringing your own soaps, which I normally do but forgot to this time. The hand soaps and body soap provided in-room smell and feel terrible and cheap. Luckily there are dozens of stores nearby.

I really that the stay at the Comfort suites was awesome and breakfast was off chain's, they have my business for life. Thanks

Couldnt find my headphones when cleaning lady went in and the desk keep saying i must have misplaced it. They didnt bother to find out why it went missing. Also no mail drop off.

the room is so clean. the breakfast is simple but u can make ur pancakes by urself. I love it

the front desk at midnight was not nice and lazy. I asked hairdryer but he just said we ran out, but another day when I ask , they gave me right away.

house keepers were so on point & respectful of our stuff. i wish I remembered her name. she was super sweet. I ran across 3 different front desk agents and all 3 had smiles & were very welcoming. never had such a friendly staff in all the times I’ve been to Houston
