Comfort Suites Miamisburg - Dayton South

We stayed 2 nights. First night was very nice room was clean and the breakfast wasn't horrible. But the second night they room was dirty. There was a little mold on the curtains and in the bathroom only noticable to a trained eye. It was decent not sure if it's worth the money but the area was safe and quite

Staff could be a little friendlier. They were very professional though.

The room was very nice. It was quiet.

The only bad thing was that the indoor pool was not heated. BUT when I called to confirm that they did have a pool, they let me know there was no heat. I took an exhilarating cold plunge and was able to go back to the room and relax like I've never relaxed in my life.

The place was quiet. It appeared clean and well kept upon entering. I thought it was prettt neat that they have a charging station for electric cars.

There was moldy spots on the curtains right where they meet the heater. The bathroom door doesn’t prop so the mirror is super foggy because the vent doesn’t do a good job. The tub surround needs updated, very old and gross looking compared to the rest of the unit.

The hotel was close to I-75, restaurants and shopping.

The restroom needed a new toilet seat and cleaning needed to be done around the legs of the sink and corners of the walls. There were dark stains on the floor.

Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping excellent. TV wonderful

The breakfast was a joke. couple apples & banana. When i booked was told hot breakfast. eggs toast etc

large spacious suite all systems worked missed breakfast but heard it was good

staff mildly interested in customers

The staff was friendly. The check in process was quick and easy.

The bathroom was dirty. I asked the guy at the front desk to have someone to clean it and they didn’t.
