I had a problem with a 3rd party booking and Zoey and Tristian went out of there way to help me. I can’t tell you how nice it is to count on the staff these days. Pool and hot tub were very busy saturday so we skipped it, but was able to enjoy it sunday. Breakfast jad a nice spread of choices.

Roaches crawling along table we were about to sit at near dinning room, they don't come in between days to drop more towels, empty trash, or make up the beds. The washing mashing only takes quarters buy need to go to front desk to get the change on bottom floor.

The location was perfect for me as it is half way between Naples and Cape Coral where I needed to be The breakfast was excellent. The chef accommodated me with a made to order omelette even though I was a little late. Tables were always clean and staff was always helpful

I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT I REQUESTED A POOL VIEW ROOM & GOT A STANDARD ROOM AFTER I PAID HIGHER RATE & COULDNT CHANGE IT BECAUSE THE HOTEL WAS SOLD OUT. I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT I USED A NEW CREDIT CARD TO BOOK THE ROOM & 1 HOUR LATER SOMEONE CHARGED $179 WORTH OF SHOES ON MY NEW CREDIT CARD. THE BOOKING AGENTS NAME WAS ROSEMARY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, comfortable, located conveniently to what we wanted to do.

The fitness center didn’t replenish sanitation wipes and towels should be located in the fitness center rather than having to go to the front desk.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was equipped with fridge and microwave and that was really nice since we arrived late and had leftover food. Room was clean and we felt safe.

The breakfast is really good. The hotel is a wonderful hotel, the staff especially Kelli. We had two reservations, one for two nights and the other for one night, we would have had to check out and then check back in, but Kelli helped us to where we did not had to move to another room. We stayed in the same room we had. My husband loves this hotel. This is our third stay in this hotel. It's a five star for us. We will definitely be back.

THE FURNITURE/APPLIAMCEAS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. ITS THE SAME FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS. NO USB PORTS IN THE ROOM.

The breakfast was very good. I loved everything , only the price was too expensive.

The price.. its not necessary to pay that much. I paid for 3 nigths $888, thats insane .

I loved how the receptionist receives guests with great charisma, professionalism, and her passion for her work. I got a suite, very comfortable and spacious, I'll definitely come back here.
