The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is very close to Disney World.

I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 8). We paid extra for the breakfast for the room. The resort did not get our meal confirmation on their end and was asked to show proof that we booked the room with the meal. I had to look for the email confirmation with the meal for it. It took a little while for me to find it but I did. The meal voucher they gave was 3 people and said my 4 year old eats for free. We stay 4 nights and 2 of the day we went for breakfast we had no issue. But the other 2 days, the staff said that I needed to have the front desk change the voucher to 4 people. That was the only issue I had with the resort.

Room was clean and the bathroom was fully renovated. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very friendly. Great location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. And there're 24h fast food chains close to the hotel if you still need to eat when getting to the hotel at night.

We didn't use the shuttle service to the parks because they would have arrived too late.

Did not like that I had to pay to check in 2 hours early. Most places don’t charge you especially if the room is ready. Room with a view was not what I expected it was a far distance to see fireworks. It was the parking lot. I thought it would be a garden or something pretty.

Everything in the hotel was pretty nice, the staff were polite, everything was so clean, the room was good and comfortable. Nothing to complain about the hotel.

When I did my check in the girl at the front desk said me and my husband got 7 nights free in Wyndham resort we just needed to watch a "presentation 2 hours". So we went there and they tried to sell us a timeshare contract and it was a terrible experience It took 5 hours of our day and at the end 7 nights were free in September (30 days) not one year as the girl said. If you stay here make sure to just skip 7 nights free.

To our surprise, we found a roach (big one) on the wall. I instantly called the front desk and they sent maintenance. He was so embarrassed he didn't know what to do. Of course, I requested room service. Overall, it was great!

The larger inner courtyard pool and hot tub were kept sparkling clean. However as for the other pool by the south wing , looking down on the outer pool from our 6th floor room it appeared that particular pool and hot tub needed some TLC. Therefore I swam in the cleaner pool and it was excellent. I also liked that there was a Pizza Hut and Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient. Also daily checks bt housekeeping to replenish paper, bath towels and shampoo etc were excellent.

The room and hallway outside the room felt overly warm, with no temp controls. I am not sure if that was because our room was a listed as a king wellness room. There was no air conditioner, granted there was an air filtering device. It was not necessarily blowing cold air though. The water pressure or lackthereof in the toilet meant that multiple flushes were required for everything to finally exit the bowl. I realize these are probably water savers but they don't save water if they have to be flushed three to four times after each person uses them. And the hotel might want to consider a drinking water filtration system as the tap water in this particular region tastes strongly of sulphur.

I love the location to major things like Walmart, Target, shopping, food, and of course theme parks. The staff was amazing from the housekeeping staff, front desk staff to the breakfast staff; especially Ms. Robbie! She’s my favorite! Always happy, upbeat, positive attitude and ready with a smile. I also love that the main pool and hot tub are 24 hours; I’ve never seen that before! Also, breakfast was a real breakfast, not a grab and go type.

During my stay, the pool and hot tub hours suddenly changed to 8am-11pm which was disappointing but not the end of the world. I do wish they had chorizo con Huevos at breakfast or at least chorizo for the omelette station. Again, not the end of the world. Oh, not a huge fan of the right hand turn only only when leaving Maingate Ln but during non rush hour times, it wasn’t so bad. Just during rush hour times when it can take a while to be able to turn and not always easy to get all the way over quickly to be able to make a u-turn.

Location was as good as 192 could be. Every imaginable food, drink, entertainment, and gift shop is there. If they don’t have it, you cont need it

I am a little mobility restricted but not enough to qualify for a handicap room. My biggest complaint was no handholds in the shower. The tub was somewhat slippery and I was uncomfortable getting in and out of the shower. The H street cafe is nothing more than a limited menu at the bar. I had the pork chop rice, &!fries. Pork chop was too well done and no flavorings . I had to use alot of salt & pepper on it as well as ketchup. I ate it all of it only because I was hungry

Check in was at 4 and after our drive we walk into a backed up line only two workers at the computers helping and one self service type thing it took a good 20-25 mins just to get checked in. Almost done checking in then was told after paying online that we needed to pay $50 and $30 for resort fees and tv fees and such which I figured would have all already been included in our total we paid prior to arriving and believe it or not we couldn’t watch tv there was no signal lol. After going to our room and leavening a few times our keys no longer worked so we had to be let in by the sweet woman cleaning the room close to us then back to the desk to ask for new working keys.
