We stayed here for 2 nights in an Epcot View room on the 12th floor. The room was exceptional, and so was the view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was very kind and attentive, allowing us to use the hotels umbrellas all over Disney property including taking them to Disney Springs, and they even brought us up band-aids to our room at no charge. We ate breakfast at their Amare Restaurant, which was delicious. We also had coffee and some breakfast foods from Grounds, their coffee shop. And finally, we got a few drinks from their bar & lounge area. All wonderful. The location was very close to Disney Boardwalk, EPCOT Center, and the Swan and Dolphin resorts. We didn't need to drive anywhere, we were able to walk or shuttle everywhere, which was awesome. Overall, a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!

amazing property, it feels like a boutique hotel with all the perks of being in a Disney hotel, very personalized service, food quality was very good, even though it was full, the hotel was very quiet and no lines or waiting times at reception, or bar. we have stayed in most Disney resorts and a few non- Disney hotels, but would definitely return to this!

room service was lacking… they emptied trash daily but didn’t even fix the beds

I was able to Propose to my girlfriend and they helped so much I felt like I was in a Disney Movie myself. The way it all came together and the way the staff were so attentive and sweet. This place will forever be memorable to me and my Future Wife.

This was the most amazing Disney Hotel!we had the chairman suite with an Epcot view. Definitely worth the cost. The location was perfect, direct ferry to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Short walk to the board walk. Access to 3 amazing resorts. Incredible view of fireworks every night! Amazing room, incredible restaurants. Nothing short of perfect!

A great hotel. Located just on edge of Epcot/Hollywood studios - Disney Boardwalk area. Meaning good and easy access to these parks. Our hotel view was excellent - paying that bit more for theme park views. Good size room with booking the suite. Facilities in the room were great.

Pool area not massive and at times a bit too busy. Do have access to the other pools at Swan and Dolphin hotels but have to cross the road to get there.

Brand new, large room, nice decor, nice view, convenient location to Disney parks, regular shuttle buses to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom & Disney Springs, regular Disney boats to Epcot & Hollywood Studios, able to use facilities at broader Swan & Dolphin Resorts, nice pool temperature, not overtly Disney.

Expensive (although still better value than Disney owned resorts), housekeeping timeliness (room not being serviced until 4-5pm some days when you want to use your room after being at parks all day, or it being skipped altogether because they came earlier that day while room had do not disturb on and they don’t come back), food options could be a bit broader (but able to use broader Swan & Dolphin options), some staff come across as lack of care factor to issues you are raising.

Food and drinks were expensive but the atmosphere was good.

The room was a good size. We didn't like that you could only access the shower/ sink by going through the toilet room. With five people, someone is almost always using the toilet so the whole bathroom is useless.

First time staying here and it was pleasant. The actual building itself was very modern , clean and comfortable. The pool area was small, quiet with cabanas and a bar. The restaurant Amare was absolutely delicious!!! The chef and his staff knows exactly what they are doing. Not only is the expediting and teamwork perfect but the actual presentation is absolutely beautiful. The wine that was picked for us complemented our food perfectly. Definitely worth the price. ( they also catered to allergies without any hesitation). The resort also was placed next to the original Swan and Dolphin and having access to them for the cafe's, pools, spa's, and restaurants was a nice touch. The resort also provided shuttles to certain Disney attractions such as magic Kingdom and Disney Springs ( the shuttle was air conditioned and clean with a super friendly driver) so that was also a nice touch. Outside was a mini golf course which does cost money( 15$) to do but that was also an extra nice touch. The walk to Epcot from the resort front door was literally minutes. Across the street. Past the Swan and Dolphin and through the Disney Boardwalk and your there. Absolutely fantastic. We did have the Epcot view so seeing the golfball all lit up at night was pretty nice . Overall it was a pleasant hotel to stay at. Definitely a mature crowed and a mature atmosphere. A place to relax and unwind and just "be"..

One thing that I wasn't so fond was the drinks. They were good and the bartender was super fast and nice but I'm sorry ( and this is completely an opinion ) but $40 for two cocktails ( one was jack & coke and the other was cranberry & tito's vodka) was just a bit much for what it was. In our room they do provide a small coffee maker and unfortunately the creamers that were provided were all expired by a month. I understand the room service crew has alot to do and they do have a checklist but noticing and checking even the smallest detail is everything.

The design, the quality of the rooms and facilities, the food and cocktail offerings, and overall ambiance were top notch - especially being on Disney on property. The ability to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is also a huge plus.

Only one official/technical sit down restaurant in the Reserve (the rest are across the street at Swan & Dolphin).
