Very dog friendly. That one fact was the deciding reason for staying here. The location was within walking distance of the building in which we had an interview for our visas. The neighborhood behind the hotel was beautiful & provided wonderful walks for our dog. Rooftop restaurant is a nice setting. Valet parking is very convenient though somewhat expensive ($45/night). Easy walk (12 minutes) to 3d street restaurants. Staff very friendly & helpful; they provided contact lens solution when I forgot mine.

The entrance is somewhat obscured from Wilshire Blvd. Once around the block to find the garage entrance. Rooftop pool is very small & shallow; not suitable for swimming.

A cute boutique hotel in a good location for exploring LA, Bev Hills, Melrose, West Hollywood shopping and dinning. We were able to tour it all in the one day we had. Rooms were nice, not huge but cute, clean modern and functional. There is a stocked fridge and fun snacks, but we had our own. We got one of the patio rooms which was cool, but had too much sight seeing so we didn't really use it. The coffee bar was great! Nespresso's and good drip coffee and quality tea/s and a cold brew keg. I made sure i got coffee there each morning. Popcorn and water in the chic lobby. Valet staff was on the ball and super friendly. Everyone was helpful. I would definitely stay again!

The shower had a major drip and the valve handle didn't work. They are aware of this as it has a plaque at the shower stating not to force the handle. We took one shower and the head dripped all day... and not just a drip, a stream. The did send engineering to fix but we checked out at that point. This would be my only negative... This hotel was a great little find.

The Air Conditioning in our room broke on our 4th out of 5 nights at the hotel. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room. The next day, we were moved to a different room with working A/C. The staff was wonderful, though! We always felt welcomed and they were quick to assist and accommodate us. Probably the nicest customer service I've had at a hotel -- and I've stayed at countless hotels in my life.

Hotel and room as a whole was very clean. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, you can even see the Hollywood sign on a clear day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There isn't really anything negative I can say about this hotel. For us personally we felt that the drinks on the rooftop bar were quite pricey but you're going to get different set prices everywhere you go.

The rooftop restaurant and bar is awesome. It was super foggy when we were there but the ambiance was still very cool. The heaters are perfect, the view is great and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Location was strategic within the Miracle Mile in LA. Roof restaurant with swimming pool and a view was fantastic. Availability of parking (and parking package) was a bonus.

Choice of dishes at the restaurant and for breakfast could be improved

We liked the staff and receptionists. the valet parking was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. We loved the coffee room. they offer many options for coffee and tea for FREE and also seating area.

the shower pressure was a little weak and not portable. AC was weak even if you put it at the lowest.

I sctually had to cancel this reservation at the last moment, so my opinions posted are an accumulation of the 8-9 trips we have made here over the 8 years or so. I had been exposed to Covid earlier in the week and contacted the Hotel staff who waived any cancellation fees. Something that will be reciprocated with loyal guests like us. Oswaldo always does a terrific job at The Roof restaurant. And they have items on the menu I consistently try to deconstruct when I get home.

I was both relieved and happy that pets were accommodated. I had a 3mth old puppy traveling with me and the staff was amazing with her. The room was on the 3rd floor, petite, cute, and had everything Bella & I needed. The fridge, extra-large walk-in shower, the cozy bed, and space for my 2 large suitcases. The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool to relax and have a drink after a long day. The grab-and-go pre-made bags of ice were a first to see, once you exit the elevator was a small freezer. The small cups of coffee available in the lobby every morning were convenient and appreciated. I'll be visiting this hotel again due to its location, cleanliness and tucked away coziness,

On the 1st night, the fire alarm went off. But only for a moment then ceased. The following night the alarm continued blaring repeatedly I phoned downstairs and the night attendant wasn't so pleasant. She seemed quite irritated but it wasn't an emergency situation thank goodness. As a guest, I didn't find it appealing to charge overnight guests $40+ a day for parking, maybe $20.

The location was ideal for the purpose of my stay. I loved how welcoming and helpful all the hotel staff were and the quality never changed throughout the whole 10 days. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

I would like to have a coffee machine inside the room but the hotel was nice enough to offer Free Coffee (different kinds) in the reception at all times.
