Very clean and seems pretty new. Small room but newer clean and vibrant. Didn’t here anything and enjoyed the stay.

PARKING is set up tight and blocking other cars. Give yourself a few extra minutes if you have a time limit.

To be honest the property was very admiring ! Clean every corner I turned ! Smelled very fresh ! Better than any hotel I have stayed at ! Rooms had a very unique and clean fresh smell ! Bathrooms looked very clean and shower as well ! Not one bit did we feel disappointed ! Even the elevator was fresh no odd odors at all ! From the moment we drove up , walked inside, entered our room , and when our stay ended . SATISFACTION for sure! I would defin recommend this king sized 247square ft room to any family , friends , heck even a stranger lol .

great location, room had AC unit so it’s easy to set the temperature, and mini fridge value for the first 3 nights was great, then we wanted to extend and prices jumped due to Xmas weekend, the staff was very helpful and kept my mom in the room till they could clean the new cheaper room so they can move right away and not go through the checkout checkin on again. over all great price great location, worth the stay.

vey tiny, parking is a bit tricky, wish they offered breakfast but not sure there is place to do so.

I liked that it was in walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl and to Hollywood Blvd. I liked the decor. I liked the cleanliness and that housekeeping was standing by ready to service our room as soon as we left for the day. I liked that all of the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable to me, but not to my husband, he also didn't like how low it was to the ground. A little pricey, but reasonable, relative to other hotels in the area.

My only complaint was there was no mirror stand or at least a hand held mirror. It was kind of difficult to style the back of my hair using a compact mirror.

We spent an extra $40 to upgrade our room. It was a very nice room, well-appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was so great to be right across the street from the Hollywood Bowl! We will never worry about traveling to the Bowl for a concert knowing we have this nice hotel down the street. It included parking, but at a fee.

I was happy they had parking, but bring a smaller car and make sure to account for the extra $24/night to park there. Spaces were smaller than the "compact" spots at public parking lots. You park "stacked" just like at the Hollywood Bowl. If you are in front and can't get out, staff have to move the car. If you are the one parked in back, you must leave your keys with front desk so they can move your car if necessary. The parking entrance was not clearly marked.

A 5 minute walk up to the Hollywood Bowl, the local mini market is just 2 minutes down the road and a Subway sandwich shop and 7 minute walk and you will be on the main Hollywood strip and the walk of fame. A Uber or Lyft from Union station is around $20/25 and LAX is under $40 to or from the hotel off peak but extra in rush hours.The hotel is small and clean and the front desk staff are helpful and smile!

The hotel carpets have seen better days and the bed is very low but not a problem for us.No other problems on our stay

We liked the helpful friendly staff and the cleanliness and newness of the room.

Parking was a huge challenge. The alley is so narrow, and the spaces so close together, it was impossible to pull into a space without the staff having to move multiple cars in a puzzle box kind of a solution. This may affect whether we return or not. I would recommend the hotel hire a valet service during peak fullness.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were nice. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent with Hollywood Blvd being just a short walk away.

The beds were very low to the ground. The parking area was very small and cars were expected to double park, blocking each other in. Staff had to move the cars for guests just so they could leave when they wanted.

Its litterally close to everything. Very convenient I went for a concert & walked to the Hollywood bowl . Omg the bed was so comfortable & the pillows.. i wish i knew what brand they were cuz I would go buy them

Only thing I didnt like was there was no signal on my phone in my room. But if i walked out my room it was cool, like I had half a bar & i have VZW.. so u gotta use wifi

The distance from the Hollywood Bowl was excellent! A five minute walk. The bathroom was excellent! The lighting and shower were great! It had a great full size mirror. It helped to get ready for the evening.

The hotel room smelled like urine. It was hot when I entered the room. Once I turned on the air, the smell went away. The room was not completely clean. The nightstand was dirty. Also, there was no luggage rack in the room. The lighting was dim in the actual room.
