Great location, room (had a kitchenette) + good continental breakfast. Awesome staff! BUT when taking the shuttle bus from LAX, be sure to take the Residence Inn shuttle, not the regular Marriot, it cost us $17 to Uber 1/4 block to the Residence!

Marriott hotel (1/4 block away, we now know) did not know where the Marriott Residence Inn was (costing Us a $17 Uber ride - also shame on Uber).

all was pretty good, room was excellent with good facilities and very clean. Check in was good and had some fun with the staff. Staff hepful generally. Pool area pretty good too. A good end to our holiday, we'd stay again.

Breakfast was a little limited. and, being Eurpean, we were shocked (as always) at the amount of plastic waste produced by plastic cutlery, straws and packaging from disposable items, all of which we sorted in the UK years ago. Facilities, such as Starbucks, closed very early & nowhere to get food on site which was frustarting, especially as there are no shops in walking distance - weird to be at a quality hotel and hungry after 5pm! Starbucks also closed during the day at neighbouring Marriott hotel, so getting even a snack proved difficult. This was the only real issue.

Room was very spacious, had everything we needed Room service was a nice option but no alcohol

Outside pool was disappointing considering the weather. Breakfast could have been better. Pizza place onsite closed early A bug scurried across our floor. I did not see any others but it put me on edge.

The hospitality from the staff/front desk was excellent. Anything you needed that they could provide you, they did! Laundryroom on the same floor was sweet but have to get quarters from the day crew front desk. Wally the delivery robot was a surprise! Overall convenient and pleasant place with a cute little kitchen.

Unfortunately we had a smoker in one of the rooms next to us, I wish more could have been done to handle that situation.. WiFi could be better. Wish there was room service for those extra lazy days

Close to LAX; had room for a family of 5 with the 2 bedroom suite. We liked the robot that delivered towels to the room. Beds were comfortable.

Parking was somewhat inconvenient and expensive- 50/night plus tax. Housekeeping doesn't come unless you request it. I guess its a trend with hotels now but with a family of 5 - who doesn't stay in Air B and B's because we LIKE the amenities of a hotel- this was a bit of a disappointment. Room was cleaned the next day, once i asked, which was nice.
