The facility was clean and well-kept. Staff was polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. It was great as our first night's stop. We had experienced bad storms and a power outage at home the night before our trip, so it was wonderful to be able to take a hot shower once we arrived at the hotel.

One of our rooms smelled a little musty, but was otherwise clean.

Staff was helpful & informative. They were friendly & cheerful. The amenities offered were well maintained & clean. Breakfast was well stocked & good. Would highly recommend & would stay there again.

I missed seeing the moose earlier that visited the hotel earlier that afternoon.

Excellent front desk, clean and neat.

Very surprised they denied awards points. As a Retired Navy veteran , this left a lasting distaste to the otherwise great stay. Also rewards program is. Essed up with three separate accounts. Condensing all poi ts into. My firstt account would be helpful.

Good shower and comfortable bed.

Probably would have been better if we had had an upstairs room. We were pretty close to the front desk. No big deal. Had a hard time thinking of anything to complain about.

Front desk made check-in and out easy. The room was very clean, and looked nice.

We had a room towards the back of the hotel (room itself was great); I just wish they had a small ramp. The big step up to the sidewalk and building was a little difficult for someone that has mobility issues.

We have stayed here many times when going on Family trips to the Rockies. The staff is excellent. I witnessed an employee getting breakfast to a woman in a wheelchair. She made sure this guest had everything she needed. This Comfort Inn is walking distance to an amazing restaurant called Oscars. It is also very close to a gas station. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

A nice clean space to take a break before continuing our trip. They had the most comfortable bed out of all the hotels we had stayed at, and were in walking distance to restaurants so we didn't have to get back in the car

The staff members were professional yet friendly in every aspect from the front desk to the housekeepers and the gentleman running the breakfast. I would say that the staff made the stay what it was… Excellent.

We had one pillowcase that was not quite clean and we reported this to the Front desk clerk upon leaving. There were enough pillows that we could use others without using that one. All the other linen and rest of the room were spanking clean! We are very careful about that

Out of all the motels I stayed in during my road trip, Comfort Inn provided the best service, quality, cleanliness, and accommodation of all.
