Quality Inn Hammond

Very difficult to get the military discount. Booked hotel on internet, no military discount mentioned. Upon check-in, inquired on whether there was a military discount at the hotel. Informed yes there is, but because I booked it on-line, I could not alter the reservation to receive it. The night clerk said maybe it could be done but she did not know how, ask the property manager in the morning. We did, she verified that we acted properly, that she would get us the discount, and that her night clerk should have known how to handle this when we checked in.

Easy parking and location. Helpful staff.

Although there was a pool to use it was at the front of the hotel on the main road, near a busy roundabout. Felt uncomfortable.

The room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and nice linens. Easy chair in room.

Outside very shabby and dirty looking. Railings and outside floors needed pressure washing and painted. No microwave.

it had good air conditioning and staff was great.

No elevator and pool was not open.and only hot food was waffles. Your pictures showed scrambled eggs and sausage.And no fruit.

Beds were magnificent. Morning staff was friendly and personable.

It was awkward getting into parking lot. The mandatory $100 cash deposit was not mentioned in the listing at all.

not too well maintained. clean but light didn’t work in bathroom. advertised breakfast was not even close to what we have seen in past hotels

several groups of people were loitering in parking lots at night on both sides of back parking lots and as women was somewhat uncomfortable however was not accosted in any way

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Requested one of our rooms to be a king bed, but got two double queens. No microwave.
