Staff was very helpful and always worked quickly to help us or others with any issues. Location was right in downtown. The bar for the hotel was great. Room was very comfortable with flat screen TV too.

Room ventilation was a bit dirty, my allergies were acting up every time we came back to room. We stayed during weekday but on final night of Friday the local area got loud past midnight. The doors to rooms all slam so when other people use their door you are woken up.

Great comfortable bed. Ample size of room and shower (note we were in a king accessible room. All the corner rooms are bigger than those along the sides). Easy walk to everything. Didnt use their parking lot which was 2 blocks away from town because street parking is free on the weekend.

If we had needed parking off street it was far away. Breakfast was grab and go granola bars apples juice milk coffee water. No protein.

I liked the location but the room was too tiny for the amount of money we paid for.

When we first arrived, the front desk assistant was sitting at the desk with her meal. I assumed she was there to help customers since she was sitting at the desk and I asked her if she could help us check in or if she was on her break. She didn't really answer but she did check us in, although she didn't seem to pleased to help out?

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, the bathrooms small but nicely updated. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed but New Bedford has plenty of very good eateries within walking distance.

My only negative was the lack of parking on-site with no valet. The walk to the parking lot was not long, 2.5 blocks, but with uneven sidewalks and coming back to the hotel late at night, it was a challenge. I have difficulty walking and use a cane most days, so I had a more arduous walk back to the hotel in the dark than most would have had.

breakfast was not good due supply problem. But I think this sign they use long time. I payed for room $345. Add $10 but give real breakfast. This is not continental breakfast. This is breakfast on the island after hurricane. But it is not staff problem. They all were very good.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, right in the harbor.

The room was pretty clean, ( hardwood floor) but the hallway carpets looked like they could have used a good shampooing.

I could see my car parked out front of the hotel instead of 2.5 blocks away ! Staff told me I could use meter until the street parking was free at 5pm. Which I did not know.

Could have a few more choices for grab and go breakfast.

Bar and restaurant conveniently located, hotel is walkable to pretty much everywhere in the middle of town.

Restaurant closed kitchen at 10:00 on a Saturday night I was looking for a late night appetizer, no big deal.

This isn’t your typical hotel and it was a very nice change of pace. Felt a bit more like an apartment; the room was a bit small but the ceilings were very high which made it feel like the perfect size. Incredibly comfy beds, probably the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. Quiet despite being in the city (there were ambulances and police cars but we live down the street from a hospital so nothing new for us). Staff was very helpful and kind despite being understaffed. We had a lovely stay!

We weren’t informed by booking.com of the parking situation; no fault of the hotel. Typically it’s valet only but currently suspended due to C. There’s a complimentary lot 2 blocks away but even during July 4th weekend there was tons of parking on the street. Managed to park for free all weekend but parked in the lot the final night. People had set off fireworks near our car and left the garbage there but again, not the hotel’s fault. No damage done.

Excellent historic downtown location. Walking distance to restaurants, waterfront, & shops.

Room was small with an empty "sitting room". Odd.
