Sleep Inn South Joplin

The staff is amazing! The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were plentiful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are not huge but they are spacious enough.

The sliding door for the bathroom was hard to open and shut. You could hear everything in the morning because their was a huge gap in the door allowing light and sound to come through.

Location good, didn’t eat breakfast, comfortable bed. I would stay in the second floor the next time we come thru Joplin.

Smell of marijuana coming from the laundry room - which reeked all thru the hallway. Also a giant cricket was on the wall next to the bed when we woke up. When I told the staff at checkout, she just said sorry. She didn’t even offer a discount.

The room was clean and comfortable, loved the walk-in shower, microwave, fridge and the bed was comfortable.

The heater/AC had an “auto” setting but it didn’t work. You had to choose high or low.....which meant the unit ran constantly. Would of been nice if the auto function would of worked. And the toilet tissue was thin and rough. Better toilet paper would also have been nice.

Staff was exceptional made us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean! Best of all NO bugs. The pool and hot tube are well maintained. Everything you could need is there or very close by. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The paint on the walls needs the edges cleaned up a bit and the doors need to be adjusted because they are hard to shut.

The shower and bed.

The bathroom had a sliding door, hard to close for privacy. Also our room was not equipped with a refrigerator or microwave, had to keep drinks on ice. Lastly there was a.hole in the wall by the sink that need to be patched.

I liked the cleanliness of the room… that is very important to me! I also liked the shower, big and no curtain getting in the way.

The heating unit in the room was a bit noisy when it would start up and would continue for a while.

convenient right off the interstate, noise wasn’t too loud from traffic. beds comfortable and clean bathrooms.

the door had a gap when closed so didn’t seal very good and could really hear the people in the hallway.

The beds we're great. The room was really clean and the staff was very accommodating with my special needs.

It could have been a tad quiter.
