We arrived to early to check in and they helped us store our luggage while the room was getting ready. As soon as it was ready, the front desk texted us and let us know. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite which is more than a couple really needs for a two night stay but we absolutely loved it. The room is perfectly clean and spacious. The room was on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. Everything you need is a text message away. For example, we needed some extra laundry detergent and texted the front desk if we could get some. They brought it to the room within 5 minutes. The pool is lovely as well, clean water, lots of chairs so you can choose if you'd rather sunbathe or chill in the shade. A breakfast would have been nice but here is a small convenience store in the hotel which took care of that for us. You can find coffee, sandwiches, snacks, drinks, noodles and similar stuff there. All in all, a perfect stay for us.

The facilities were absolutely pristine. Not only is it outside of the hustle in bustle of the strip, it has plenty of parking and within 2 miles of any shopping need you have. The facility itself is immaculately clean. We reserved the king suite and were blown away at how spacious the room was. There was a huge spa tub and kitchen, and washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes and appliances. There is also a Mini mart for any basic need on the first floor along with a Starbucks facility. Any extras that we needed remediately brought up to the room by housekeeping.

The only thing I did not understand was why they closed the pool at 6 PM. That is actually the time I feel is safer to take my kids swimming because the weather is so hot in Las Vegas.

We have stayed here before and knew it was near Monorail Station which we needed due to husbands mobility issues. Close to a casino at Westgate Hotel ideal when you don't want to go too far. Staff at HGV very friendly and helpful.

Pool bar closed. Didn't like that it was a cashless resort annoying having to use card or charge to room just for a small purchase.

I really like the room, it is beautiful ,spacious,and very clean and comfortable the location and the price was good 😊 also easy access from the street,away from the noise but close enough to join in if you’d like

I was very disappointed that’s there wasn’t any breakfast. I was also disappointed because the pool was closed early and it was my daughter birthday she wanted to swim so I rented it for another night so she can swim but she didn’t stay in the pool very long because it smelled WHOMP!!!!!! But she enjoyed her room

Room was clean and well-appointed. Nice to have extra TP and tissues available as well as kitchen stuff (although we didn't use). Beds were comfortable.

The walls are thin, so could hear conversations in the rooms on either side of us. Also there was a door that connected our room to the adjacent one where we could hear almost everything going on in the other room. There was a screaming baby around midnight, luckily we had earplugs. It would be nice for future guests to reinforce the sound-proofing.

Beautiful, well maintained property

Noise from the next room was pretty bad. I requested a move and was upgraded to a better room. Staff gets top marks!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. It was close enough to the strip but yet far away where you didn't hear the noise and dealt with the crowd. It was family friendly.

At the end of the strip, so close to the action, but no problems to get there by car. The room was great, was more like an appartment. Enough parking place in a garage next to the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant itself, but there is enough in an adjacent hotel, only minutes away. Staff was friendly and everyday you are provided with a bottle of water per person.

We were there in a weekend in which also some events took place, so the price was sky high (as everywhere in Las Vegas). And although the room was great, I really think it was a bit over the top. But that's what you get when there is a high demand and a limited number of rooms.

Everything was as expected. We had a very spacious king bed and a sofa bed for our third guest both of which were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, a shower and a very luxurious bathtub. The kitchen was super convenient and had everything we needed in it to cook lunches (the only thing missing was salt and pepper!). The pool was nice and clean but mostly filled with children so not the best if you're looking for an adults only stay. The location of the hotel was pretty convenient, far enough from the strip to avoid some of the craziness, but close enough that it was only a 5 min drive to get there. Free parking as well! And we had a lovely view of the Strat hotel from our room. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was great. The property had nice grounds. Close to The Strip but did not have the Vegas feel. Nonsmoking which was great. Room was clean and property appeared well maintained. The little market inside had a nice selection and the business center was spacious. Liked the quiet room close by. Thank you to Harry at the property for helping me.

The room I was assigned was above a little outdoor bar one floor. The hotel was not that booked.I could have been assigned a better location.My check in was between 3 and 4. There were plenty of options.
