The Palazzo at The Venetian®

The room being so big! made us feel very confortable and the cleaningless exeptional! It is amazing how it didn´t smell of cigar as many of the other hotels do. The bed was very confortable as well as the linens! Wide selecction of Tv channels, and having Grand Luxe to have brekfast was awesone! Very good selection of food as well as the prices were very decent!

The pillows could have been better, they were stiff, putting some soft pillows would work and I would have loved complimentary water bottles, I had to buy my own outside.

I love that the room is a very great size! The furniture seems to be kept well taken care of. The bathroom being separate from the room and the actual toilet being itself in a room is also very well appreciated. 3 TVs in the rooms really give it that luxury feeling as well as all the finishes and furniture in the room. The bed and the comfortor were very comfortable and seemed to be new. (Please keep up with the thick comfortor (stains) are not appreciated. Our view was great!

The floors, carpet near bed, and other furniture edges needed some vacuum, or to be sewpt very dirty bathroom floors! Some what dusty! :( Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap could improve, TRASH CANS NEED TO BE A BIG BIGGER! (bigger trash cans and bags could make a difference for the housekeeping crew). Fridge and mini bar prices are too expensive. I just rather go down to Walmart. Better hand washing antibacterial soap

the property is amazingly beautiful, stunning to the eyes.

i really disliked the fact that as expensive as this hotel is the room did not come with a microwave or refrigerator. the refrigerator was touch sensitive mini bar meaning if you even touched anything inside of it you would be charged for it whether it was consumed or not. same with the water and snacks that sat on top of the living room entertainment dresser if touched there will be a room charge. that’s absolutely distasteful that as beautiful and friendly as this place is you can’t get complimentary water. what’s water?

Personally would not stay at the Palazzo but at the Venetian more restaurants more lively. Like the Suite

no free complimentary water, no kettle (you have to pay) , cant used the fridge, you move any items there it’s automatically charged to your account, no bidet in the toilet

Spacious room with a great view in one of the best casinos there is in Las Vegas

you are not allowed to store your own beverages in the minibar/fridge. And even worse: as soon as you take out a can from the fridge, it is charged automatically, if you open it/put it back or not. I was able to resolve this with the front desk, but still.... Do you really need such a policy?

Bumped a water bottle in the fridge placing my own water bottle on the top shelf and you charged me $14 for your water even tho I never removed it, it only had wiggled in its place. Its ridiculous. $14 for bumping a water bottle. I hadn't even gotten a chance to read the info about how apparently volatile your mini bar situation was.

Suites were spacious and large with very comfortable beds. Large clean bathrooms with bath and shower! Valet parking was reasonable priced but took a long time to bring car up and you couldn’t phone down in advance. Many pools so there was something for everyone! One thing to note there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the suites so you had to go down to Starbucks in the lobby which was always very busy and you obviously had to pay for. Great location and easy access to Venetian.

Valet and taxi queues were very long so make sure you leave plenty of time if you have dinner/show booked as we waited nearly 30mins in taxi queue. Taxi queue didn’t have fans or cold air misters on even though it was a heatwave so it’s very hot. Be aware that during check out time the elevators were very busy we had to wait a good 15 minutes before we could get in one with all our luggage. Although we made use of online checkout so we didn’t have to wait in a queue for that which was good! Overall great stay!

Tha room was huge, very comfotable bad, clean and orgenized. Nice staff. Great location and dtill in the room quite and peaceful.

First night we didnt get the room we reserve, we moved room in the second night. No refridgerator in the room, only minifridge that you get charged if you move thr drinks inside.
