Breakfast was excellent with quality ingredients and exceptionaly great fruits Unfortunately, it is a bit exagerated to pay an extra 25$ for a child who eats almost Nothing. 15$ would have been more acceptable. We separated our family so only two members out of four would go at the dining area. The two others would get something at the market All the staff is A++++!!! Cleaning ladies at the 33th floor were respectful and kind. And did great job We felt greated and secure with the staff at reception, door and restaurant Bed was comfortable. The linen were soft, except for th extra that We order because We were cold. The linen was stiff

We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and two children (7&9). But when we opened the sofa bed, there was only a tiny place on a very uncomfortable matress with a lot of springs. It was curious to have only place for one child when we booked for 2 children. I explained the problem at the lady at the desk. She was kind enough to make sure We had another single bed delivered in the room. Let us know that she was supposed to charge us for the extra bed…I insisted that I paid for four person, not three places to sleep. Please make sure that there are really four places to sleep for a family of four.

Brilliant location with good public transport connections. Many attractions also in walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms and nice hotel overall.

We were charged $50 per day deposit at the hotel which we weren't expecting - it was refunded on departure so not a big deal but this wasn't clear when we booked on booking.com

Room, location and the credit for the market. The concierge staff (Yuneisy) was amazing!!

The sofa in the room was uncomfortable and the mini frig did not work. The price could be less and the hotel should have some entertainment especially with a piano in the lobby.

The quality of the room, as well as the location, was more than satisfactory.

The hotel stay was fine; however, since our plane arrived at JFK about 2 hours behind schedule, which meant that we would not be arriving at the hotel until after midnight, we were charged an extra 100 dollars, even though we called ahead of time to notify the staff of our delay. This was on top of the 300-plus dollars already paid in advance, for a room that we stayed in for less than 8 hours. I feel like this was very inconsiderate of the staff, and this would definitely influence our decision to book a room in this hotel in the future.

Elevator speed......Several reviews said this was a problem. We travel alot and these elevators were the fastest I've seen Location Being at Grand Central gave us quick access to anywhere in Manhattan and my wife is not a good "walker" so it was great to be able to get on the subway system right out the door. Room cleanliness and black out shades. We were very confortable and slept very well.

No refrigerator. That was disappointing and they kept saying one was coming. Finally a wonderful lady in customer service leveled with us and told us that none were available. She credited three nights of destination charges and was very friendly and helpful.

We prefered to have breakfast outside so ı do not have any idea of their breakfast. The hotel was in a central location so we have walked mostly and used the subway to reach the destinations. Overall the hotel was very clean and worth it! The housekeeping was excellent as well! The room is good for a family with a toddler. Lots of space to discover for a toddler 😀

Because of being in central location there was a lot of noise. But it is New York 😊

We upgraded from a double room and a junior suite to a two bedroom suite. The space was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the beds were good. The front desk staff is very nice and the maintenance guy too. Each room had its own bathroom and there was another full bathroom in the social area, which helped a lot with the 3 kids.

The hotel was closed during pandemic and it shows a litttle. It seems like the suite is missing furniture, there is a lot of empty space in it. It has a dining table but no kitchenette, just a minibar. It would be nice if it had microwave, coffee machine, etc. The bathrooms could use shelfs or counter space to put toiletries.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We even had a technical issue with the lights in our room and within 10 minutes someone came up to help us. Our room was on the 31st floor and we had a great view of the tall buildings around us and down to the street below. We didn't pay extra for a city view so that was an added bonus for us. The room was small but we know that is typical for NYC. The location made up for the size. We spent most of our time walking around to Bryant Park, 5th Ave, and Rockefeller Center. Because of COVID, the hotel didn't offer restaurant or room service. However we were able to find everything we could possibly want directly under the hotel in Grand Central. It was very easy to get something to eat, even with picky kids. Great stay!

The elevators were always crowded. This wouldn't normally be an issue for us but because of COVID we were more weary about getting stuffed into an elevator with other people. Not necessarily the hotels fault.

The location was very good. The hotel was very neat and tidy. Very near to the main attractions at 42nd street.

But a nearby building was a indented hence there was a lot of smell outside the building. Had to ask about the daily amenities from the staff time and again. Sometimes we had to call twice to get cups for drinking water. The washrooms were also very small and was difficult to wash hands in basin.

The location can’t be beat. Don’t have to drag luggage around in a cab or walking, don’t even have to walk outside if taking the train in/out of the city. That alone makes this location the absolute best. Stress free and safe.

Perhaps some kind of security or nice shop/vendor in the interior walkway from grand central. Luxury updates to freshen the room and better sheets. Perhaps offering a floor of more luxurious and updated rooms for a higher price.
