The Hotel is very nice and it’s very well located. The VIEW from our window was amazing. You have Subway station less than 2 min walk and a Whole food and CVS as Dell as a very good dinner just behind the hotel.

The rooms do not have closet, iron, coffeemaker or even a bottle of water. They have the smallest minifridge in the world, you can’t even Fit a regular bottle of water that you have yo Buy in the CVS because they do not provide it. I have stayed in a cheaper hotel in Time Square and the service was better even thought the hotel was very old.

Staff at check in was extremely welcoming , the facilities we all beautifully kept and clean, appreciated the gym and the lounge area for work. We were given a room with an incredibly beautiful view on the 36th floor, really appreciated it

The room was a little small, with not much space to hang clothes. The bar area for breakfast isn’t really welcoming / cozy as it is set right close to reception desks, would be great to be able to enjoy breakfast in the lounge as well - maybe this is already possible but we weren’t told if it is

The location was perfect, all nice places were close in a walking distance. The hotel was clean and modern, I liked the view from the 39 floor. The daily cleaning was perfect. The room was very nice, Manhattan size, could be larger, but exactly as described. There was no closet, but a good options to store the clothes in organized boxes underneath the bed and on the hooks and hangers. Four fast elevators worked well. I enjoyed the well equipped gym. The nice smell in the entry area and in the lobby was great!

The A/C was loud and not easy to control. I sometimes heard voices from other rooms.

Style of hotel was great, as well as the utility with the space out front. Rooms and views were great too.

They cheekily add on a $30 per day resort fee which they justify as 2 bottles of water daily + WiFi + a $10 food voucher which you can only redeem on property, which essentially is a way to get you to spend more money in any case. There's no pool and the gym is small, so I don't really think the resort fee is justified and we found out late. IMO its just a way to take more money from guests.

Really good location and nice new property. I thought the room was very cleverly designed to be space efficient. The beds were so comfortable. I had the best sleep whilst staying here. The staff were very friendly and they also give you a daily $10 allowance to use at the bar for coffee or drinks which is a nice plus. Overall really great experience!

My only problem was that the bins in the rooms don’t have plastic bags and I had to use my own to throw away my period pads. As a woman I was disappointed that this wasn’t properly catered for but other than that there was nothing else to fault.

Everything from the the service, the lounge area, the room and much more. There was no problems from start to finish. I will highly recommend this place and if you can afford it, pay for a room with a view higher than 15”th floor I guess that would be amazing for the price. In my case I was out seeing Manhattan from 8 am to 8 pm, so I didn’t really mind not having the best view. Quiet neighbourhood for being so central. Close to subways and Penn station for quick transportation in and out of town. A Supermarket is also close to the hotel in need of any snacks or quick breakfast if you are on the run.

The fitness was quite small and quickly got cramped. The size does not really suit more than 4-5 people at the same time, if you want to be able to move around. Found that the best time to workout was around 5-6 am. Missing a sauna but I guess few hotels have those facilities in New York for that price.

The room was in the 37th floor. Not that big but works out pretty well for some nights. The view from 37th floor was breathtaking. Watching the sunset or sunrise out of your bed is definetly worth to pay some extra $ for a room in an upper floor. The smell of the hotel lobby was nice, pretty intense but overall good. The staff was very kind and helpful at any times. The hotel bar serves awesome coffee/cappucino & has a nice atmosphere. Room was clean & had everything we needed. Got cleaned daily. Bed was really cozy & big enough for 2. The hotel's location was perfect - save area & everything in walking distance. All in all we absolutely recommend this hotel & we would stay here every time again. 10 out of 10 pts.

The location and view of the city were wonderful. The subway was very close. The bed was comfortable and the property felt very safe and secure.

The actual room had a few minor problems. The drapes wouldn’t open completely; the bathroom door was a single, sliding barn door which had some type of closing mechanism that made the door very difficult to open. My daughter’s hand got caught and crushed when the closing mechanism popped the door shut. I have never seen a hazardous barn door other than this one. Hopefully, it was just the door in our room. Also, there wasn’t a traditional closet. Only three hangers and something like shaker pegs for the hangers.

Pulling up in an NYC cab and the just the entrance of the hotel I knew it was gonna be good. My friend and I walked in where greeted so kindly at the front desk. Loved that we got complementary water upon arrival. The lobby was gorgeous, chic and hip at the same time. When we got to our room my friend and I were so stunned like we got a boost of serotonin because of how gorgeous the room was but most of all the view of the city lit up at night. we could not stop taking photos and videos for Instagram. Even though the room is on the smaller size it didn't matter because 1 we where in New York and who's staying in. As a person who visits NYC a lot I will definitely be coming back and I've been to a lot of hotels in NYC and this is the first time I feel like I'll return somewhere. Almost as if I have found my home hotel with a great price and location.

Lovely boutique style hotel in great location. I loved the open bar with the terrace reaching out on the pavement. The jazz band added a twist of NYC vibe. Room was clean and modern and the view…. Well the view was spectacular. I booked the landmark view and it was wow. the bed was very comfortable and the Cofee voucher a nice add on in the morning. The staff was sweet and helpful.

I have been in NYC quite a few times in hotels of similar price range, but must say the room did feel quite small. I was on the 42nd floor and the internet sometimes was acting up it kept on logging me out but this was not a deal breaker. In my particular shower in room 4201 the handle for hot and cold water seems to be installed wrong. Maybe engineering should check it was a bit odd.
