I loved the location, and the room was outfitted with all of the necessary amenities. The cleanliness was also impeccable. The air conditioning system was good as well.

I prefer a bathtub to a shower, but I should have checked that out ahead of time.

Super close to all of the places you want to be close to in NYC. We were able to walk as far as Central Park one day and to The Battery another day (long walks, but took in sights the whole way). Had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room! Everything was clean. One block away from nearest subway station.

The climate control was weird. We were sweating when we arrived because heat was set at 78° but about frozen when we turned it back to 72° because it kicked the ac on. It took a full day of having the whole unit off to get the temperature to a comfortable place. We’re honestly probably just weird, but 78° seems awfully warm for an indoor temp.

Great location, with a view of the Empire State Building from our room window! The staff was very helpful and responsive, bringing extra washcloths to our room at our request and making check in and out easy.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, even when we moved the shower head toward the wall. The mini fridge turned our bottles of water into bricks of ice lol. Minor things; didn't get in the way of it being a great trip. I'd stay there again for a weekend.

Friendly staff, clean room and hotel, and comfortable beds. Loved the lights and decorations outside the building. It presented a great ambiance and inviting feel! Location was great and walking distance to all the attractions and food.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, almost as if they are doing you a favor. The bar and terraces of the hotel were closed and out of use, but that was not previously reported when I checked in.

Location was fantastic and the check in was fast a d hassle free with friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bath tub wasn’t wiped down properly and the room needed some dusting.

Location was good. Room was comfortable. Rooftop bar/bites was decent.

Only issue was the website said breakfast was offered and there was a poster in the lobby advertising breakfast, but there actually was no breakfast offered. I'm sure it's due to covid but the advertising of it needs to be updated. For me breakfast onsite is something I look for in a hotel due to my schedule. Otherwise I would stay here again.

the accommodation is cool and complete, the hotel is very close to the subway, also close to the Empire State Building. the elevator is very fast.

the receptionists aren’t kind, so they don’t smile anytime in return. the hotel don’t have breakfast, and the kitchen is closed.

The location is wonderful to go around in the City. We were at the 21st floor and even if the room wasn't big, it was really quiet and private, we slept great! We also enjoyed the view of the skyscrapers!

It was a bummer that the restaurant was not available during our staying. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights' sensors in the bathroom
