We booked twice here because it is the mid-way point between our departure place and our destination. The second time we checked in, the computer was unusually slow, but the human, the young woman at the desk at that time was poised and totally aware of her customers. She acknowledged and then continued to talk to both the couple who was being served and also to my son and I who were next. People make the top impression to me! The room itself was exceptionally clean and entering this room was comforting after what was a long drive for me. I didn’t have any problems with sound, so it seems like there was some sound proofing in this building. We had a very pleasant stay!

For me, the bed was too firm but my son was ok with his bed, the same as mine in type. This is the only minor thing, the only thing that I can think of that was not A-1.

First impressions, like those that happen in almost a blink of the eye: The outside is positive instantly: like new parking lot and good looking building; excellent reaction when walking into the room—the white satiny finished bedcovers, orderly and very clean furniture and bathroom, pleasant lighting.

Everything was good for me and my family member. We were so glad to arrive and get our rest midway to our destination. I can’t think of anything i disliked.

From the moment we got there! The front desk workers are vary friendly and accommodating. The pool area is clean, and water Temps are great. The bar was very nice. Reasonably priced drinks and bar popcorn, always a nice touch. The room was clean and not smelly. The beds were very comfortable. Towels are fairly new . I am a dog lover! Pet friendly. I don't have one , but I enjoyed meeting all the friendly pups!

There's nothing to say at all.

It was close to the freeway, food and gas stations. Staff was kind and helpful.

The toilet in our bathroom was extremely loud when flushed. It took it a bit to quiet once it got flushed.

I loved the convince of the hotels location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hot tub didn't stay on long enough. Only 5min. Some of the buttons were broke. The elevator was freezing and so was our bathroom.

Staff was friendly & attentive.

Used coffee filter in coffee pot & 1/2 bottle of water in fridge. Mr. P's sign stated they open at 10am on Saturday but did not open until 3:30 pm.

Friendly staff. Clean room. We were given $4.00 voucher each to eat at the Perkins connected to the hotel.

Small pillows for a king bed. Washcloths were pretty much thread bare. They have supply issues like everyone else.

The pool the location of area lots of restaurants to pick from, very friendly host.lots of parking space

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
