Best Western Park Oasis Inn

Good location. Family restaurant was good. Even though there was one waitress she was excellent and was able to cover the entire restaurant. Staff at desk were friendly and helpful. Pool was excellent! Parking was good. Breakfast was good.

Tricky entering the road to the hotel due to construction. Only one entry road off the parking lot of the restaurant. The air conditioner was a bit noisy so I did not have a good night sleep. I appreciated the ear plugs left in the room for me to use.

Location was awesome! Right off interstate and even had a restaurant attached. Staff was great-especially those working at breakfast every morning! They made our special needs son feel like he was with family-remembered his name and even brought him a special treat (homemade cookies). I read reviews that rated breakfast high, and our family was still pleasantly surprised at how amazing their breakfast was!! Room was spacious, clean and had very comfy beds. We enjoyed the clean outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub. I can't wait to stay here again! Best hotel experience we've ever had for that price!! No question!

Stayed 3 days and the breakfast was the same all 3 days. Like a little variety. Also eggs/sausage needed to be hotter.

Large room with lovely bathroom. Nice selection of toiletries. Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor. Had a lounge bar.

It was hard to find. Breakfast finished at 9am. We thought was 9.30 but the lady was lovely and let us have breakfast which was a nice selection including eggs, bacon, sausage patties and hash.

It was okay, better than most "continental"W breakfasts.

We were in a handicap room, and the toilet seat was much too high for us. It would help to have a squatty potty in there.I

Facilities, staff were exceptional. My girlfriend and I have stayed here before many many times. Great price value for the location and rooms you get. Restaurant/lounge bar directly attached to hotel so you don't need to go outside, they serve breakfast in mornings and can accommodate with an hr later checkout if mentioned ahead of time.

Both Queen beds we slept on the mattresses were very hard, woke up with sore backs. The plastic covering in bathroom for vent rattled loudly and TV remote control needed to be replaced, buttons weren't working properly.

Was visiting family. It was very convenient. Close to stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff was very pleasant and willing to answer any questions. Plenty of options for breakfast. Especially enjoyed chatting with the woman who prepares the food. She was very friendly.

Our room was great. Definitely big enough for my family of 6! We loved the breakfast. And the pools.

The pull out was a bit uncomfortable but can't expect much from a pull out!

Hands down the best BW I have ever stayed in. Great staff, excellent facility, good breakfast. It would have been a good value at twice the price.

This is the first stay in a long time where I cannot raise a single complaint or criticism.

This hotel should be an example of how to treat customers feels like your family when we're here. From the front desk ,housekeepers, breakfast service lady ,all friendly and kind and very professional !! Excellent job to all !! Thank you !!
