Great hotel in a central location. Pool bar and beach was a stand out for us on our trip.

When looking at the pictures before we booked, I was excited to be able to use the cabanas that were pretty prominent in all pictures on Booking.com alongsidethe pool. I was disappointed to find that you actually have to pay for these, and at a hefty price being $500+ plus spend. I believe that amenities like this should be free for guests, especially if you're staying at the hotel which already comes at a hefty price. While we were there, they were mostly vacant. I believe that if the hotel made them free, they'd probably make more money from them from people buying food/drinks anyway.

We liked the location and proximity to everything like beach and restaurants. Another cool feature was that we could rent the beach chairs and umbrellas at the rental place by the beach for free if you return it on time. You can grab beach towels by the lobby. Staff is very friendly, check in was quick, lobby is very nice and modern.

The bedding and towels quality could be better. Cleaning is every other day. The pool area is too small for the amount of guests. We weren't able to use the pool even once unfortunately. Also the "ocean view" rooms have side/partial ocean view, not ocean front. Parking in $48/ night, $55/ valet.

Room was specious and had a great sea and diamond head view. Overall the Hotel is clean and location is very central.

The Breakfast was a disappointment. We booked the hotel including breakfast which turned out to be just the continental breakfast that consist of fruits and limited numbers of pastries plus coffee/tea. I am not a sweet person and was disappointed to pay $20 per person per day for a breakfast that I don't enjoy and wasn't looking forward to it when waking up in the morning. To get a buffet you need to pay $15 extra and weekends $45 per person !!!! Not worth it at all. For me the breakfast is a scam. If you stay here, don't take the breakfast and go somewhere else. Also tip, if you paid but didn't use your breakfast coupon, you can return them to the hotel when you check out...you will get the money refunded. We only found out about it by the end.

the location was the best part. it was close to beach and they have amazing infinity pool.

PLEASE READ!! if you book for breakfast included package beware that there is only basic fruits tea and pastries and not a compete breakfast. it says in booking.com that breakfast included but I paid for breakfast but when I go on-site it was not a complete breakfast and it was only for two people and they wanted to charge me more if I want a full breakfast buffet.

I LOVED the location, the staff was welcoming and very helpful. I also appreciated the text check-ins I received as well as the easy check out. Having an ABC right downstairs as well as wonderful restaurants in property were also a huge plus.

I was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall in one corner, there was a pretty big water/rot spot on the dresser/TV stand where the mini fridge was being housed and the bathroom toilet was not clean and there was some hair in the shower when I arrived. The layout of the bathroom was also a little odd with the location of the toilet and door.

Nice hotel, Beautiful view from the hotel pool, good cocktail bar.

- Rooms were not clean to the standard of what this hotel should be. If you walk bear foot in your room for a little while, as the carpet in both our rooms were dirty. - In one of the room, they had forgotten to remove the previous tenant's towels (so who knows what else?). - They don't vacuum in your hotel corridors often - Rooms aren't cleaned every day by staff (to help with the environment): They could still come in to make your bed and vacuum the room in my opinion.

We loved the breakfast and sitting out on the deck to eat each morning. We also enjoyed the evening happy hour wine and small plates…delicious! We appreciated the quick response from guest services for extra towels or cups, etc.

We did not like the nearly $50 price tag for parking our car each day. We parked for 5 days and wished you had a two plus day cut rate. The ice machines we tried to use were always out of ice, so we had to call guest services to get ice.

According to my opinion, a 500$ night room couldn’t be housekeeped once every two days. It’s not acceptable. During the reservation process I wrote the team we’re on honeymoon but nothing was done. Maybe a flower on the bed would be appreciated.

I like abc store in resort. It's very comfortable. And I like Mc Donald beside resort.
