The woman who checked me in was exceptionally competent and helpful. She has been with the hotel for 6 years. She is a great representative for the Comfort Suites brand. Many employees in her position are much less welcoming than she. The room was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. It had everything I needed and things I didn't need like microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV. It will be my go to place in the area.

This is picayune, but but there was a sign at breakfast to take only one egg sandwich or one breakfast burrito. It is not like they were good enough to take two. I think it showed a lack of perspective. Those items should cost the hotel under a dollar and there was an attendant there to make sure people didn't walk off with too much stuff. Breakfast was pretty average. There were plenty of options, but not very appetizing all around. Did not detract from my positive view of the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. I also really like that the heating and cooling system can be shut completely off. I have breathing issues and am very bothered by the constant blowing of fans that don't shut off in many hotels.

The hotel was fine but when I booked I specifically asked for a high floor and hypoallergenic pillows, etc. The hotel confirmed that they could do that but they didn't. Only low floor rooms when I got there which made me think they didn't give me hypoallergenic either. Fortunately I had my own pillow

It was central to shopping, restaurants, and walking trails. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was so close to the interstate that it was a little noisy for sleeping but fortunately I had ear plugs.

breakfast was good. They said would have been more food but covid rules wouldn't allow. People were very friendly and helpful. Feel like we made new friends.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, the entire facility appears to be quite clean. I stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was lovely after a long work week!

The coffee wasn’t the best, but I didn’t stay there for the coffee anyway. It was still a very relaxing stay!

First hotel stay in the Covid era. Felt safe. Breakfast was very good and in compliance with Covid restrictions. Quiet, clean. Lovely stay.

So close to interstate it was extremely noisy.

I was a little disappointed that there was no pancakes, but it was ok
