We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No one was there at all when we got there. There was a guy standing there telling us when he checked in his seating cushions we wet and he is unable to sit down. He had demanded to speak to a manager so the check in lady left the desk and did not return for about 30 minutes.

Check in for sure. Not only did we have to wait in someone to come man the front desk we also had asked for a cart to carry our belongings in. The check in person told us she would have someone bring us one that they must have been left in The hallways instead of being returned at front door. We waited another ten minutes and never got a cart. We did have a handicapped person so it made check in very hard.

One of the nicest places I've stayed. I've stayed in some $300/night hotels that were not as nice as this place. Super clean. Comfortable. Had the double queen and it was more room than I could ask for. Full size Dove products for use. Everything was spotless. Lots of places to charge my phone. Back lighting every where.

Breakfast was not the best. Front desk staff was not that friendly upon checking in or checking out. Like its a job and I didn't matter? But the facilities are what matters to me and I can't say enough good things about my room.

The guys at the front desk smiled and welcomed us like we were family. They were very friendly and helpful. 🙂 The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were soooo comfortable. We all slept very well. My kids loved that the pool was inside the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. They had a variety of food to choose from. My overall stay was well worth the money. I definitely recommend this hotel for a good night stay.

The only thing that I disliked was that the shower didn't have a lot of water pressure. Really wasn't anything to complain about though.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Easy to make pancakes. Big area to eat. Easy to find. Rooms were very comfy. My favorite part was that the main door locked at midnight and a key had to be used to get in! Love that security! Even the staff doesn't open the door for you. You must have a key!

Our only problem was we had a roach in our bathroom. Didn't see anymore than that one and everything appeared to be clean. Just a fluke? Maybe but maybe have someone spray.

The room was big comfortable and clean. They have full size bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Thought that was pretty cool. The bed was comfortable. Big pillows. Breakfast was good. Pancakes omelettes oatmeal cinnamon rolls sausage then cold options as well cereal yogurt muffins. The first morning they had biscuits and gravy also.

Pool wasn’t the cleanest. And kinda cold. Definitely could use some improvement in the pool area

The room was nice, night shift worker was friendly nice and helpful.

Only members can check in early, that was weird to me when your paying for the room, why do I have to be a member for special treatment, I should get special treatment for being a customer paying 200$ for a room and choosing you as my hotel. Another hotel could of gotten my money instead. The member thing needs to go.

The staff were nice and friendly very helpful whenever we needed anything. The employees making breakfast were particularly helpful available for all our wants and needs. Also very friendly and approachable my kids were even comfortable asking them for help.

The bathroom door was super close to the toilet. It was a little difficult to wrangle the kids into and out of the shower with the door in the way.

By far it is the best and nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was glad to have received a one bed hotel room as I was by myself and it would have been weird having two beds for one person. I thought the site said it was giving me a two bed room so I'm glad there was only one bed.

I feel like the breakfast could have been better. The eggs looked like they were fake eggs. And there wasn't much of a variety of options available. The orange juice the first time I got it came out as just water and that was saddening.

Room was great, breakfast was delicious. The pool was very nice and relaxing and the staff was great from check in to check out. One of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in a long time.

The breakfast was really good. I liked that there was a starbucks walking distance and a pizza place. I didnt go but great that it was walking distance.
