It is well located, next to the beach, it has a lot of facilities if it is what are you looking for. The staff was helpful and nice. For Mazatlan I believe it’s one of the best places to stay when it comes to value for the price.

It is a very big resort so it can be a bit loud, but if it’s what you are looking for it’s good. I noticed something in the bathroom that I didn’t like - there is a great big bathtub which has a wrong inclination so water doesn’t really drain properly and tends to stay there. On the other had though everything was very clean.

Spacious room, good air conditioning, great location on the golden zone. Big bed, although a little soft for our preference. We had a nice breakfast at the beach grill, and the staff were very friendly.

Not enough lifts, we always had to wait and because our room was on the (top) 8th floor it wasn't practical to go with the stairs. We also had a lot of noise at night from the restaurant next door, had to wear earplugs.

Great service and location, nice room, pool, breakfast buffet, area in front of the beach.

Have to put on un removable wristbands. Staff walked in while I was in room to check to see if someone was in the room already. Did not respect do not disturb sign. If you’re room is next to one of the restaurants or club, there will be loud music playing through the day.

I liked that they cleaned the room everyday. They gave us a free pass each for an alcohol beverage. The oyster bar next to the hotel is free entrance if you stay at this resort. You can party all night there. Do not stay here if you are looking for quiet time. The pool is big with a kid section. The hotel is close to restaurants, food vendors, and oxxo's walking distance. There are 3 elavators and stairs.

Only thing I didn't like was the light by the bed, was not bright.

Great location, beautiful and clean beach, comfortable beds and pillows with nice white linens and towels. The pools and the whole property is very clean. The food at restaurant and Oyster bar is good at a reasonable price. Great customer service. I look forward to stay at Gaviana Resort in the near future.

The only thing that I would recommend is for the shower curtains to be replace for longer size so the water from the shower will not seep put on the floor.

Gaviana is clean. Staff is very professional. The location is excellent, right at the heart of Mazatlán. That is why ai chose Gaviana.

I have no complaints.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable, as well as the location. It isn't too busy or loud but it's close enough to relevant places and it's got a bar by the beach.

There was nothing I didn't like, honestly. I didn't get to try the restaurant.

The hotel is really good and the staff is nice. For the price paid was really good. Im going to stay there again if I go back to mazatlan

My room was close to the nightclub and the music was high and I couldn't sleep that much

Water Bug problem was clearly visible at night time.

Right by the beach, central location, no need to cab anywhere. Walk out of the hotel lobby and sit by the pool or lounge on the beach. Towel service provided. Plenty of good restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, and anything else you need within 5-10 mins walk. Clean rooms.
