Cleveland Winery

Bed was comfortable room was nice, TV was a little difficult to operate had to get help. Staff were nice and helpful. Dinner was excellent drinks were expensive we thought. Breakfast was ok plenty of food and a good choice. Toasters really didn’t toast the bread, need to fix that issue. Could use a blanket for the bed in the room my feet were cold. Had to use my coat and turn the heating up, then we got too hot in the night. Apart from the two issues we thought the hotel was nice and in a beautiful location.

Toasters not really toasting and the setting was on quite high. Required a blanket for the bed, TV not really easy to use for the non tech savvy person. That is about it.

The rooms were incredible and the staff was incredibly helpfull. Very clean and spacious, with great amenities. The atmosphere was lovely with all the vineyards around us.

The restaurant and in house food was just bad. The breakfast was not good but better than dinner. However for dinner, you pay around 120 dollars per person and it was inedible, we went to bed starving. Luckily there are many other good restaurants around the area that you can opt for.

We stayed in Room No 8 ground floor , very comfortable king bed, lovely appointed room. Shower over spa, hmm?, but I managed...😉. Staff all areas very welcoming and courteous. All staff were extremely well groomed... Gardens beautiful. Looking forward to upcoming wedding..

Need more lighting at night, directional signs would be a bonus for those of us directionally challenged. Hand rails to assist going up stairs outside would also be great.

Very welcoming, the room was basic but clean with very comfy beds. There was a recreation room down the hall with couches, table and chairs and a pool table which we enjoyed after dinner in the restaurant. Greeted with complimentary glass of sparking wine at reception was very welcoming, complimentary wine tasting and a great hearty breakfast all included. Exceeded expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Hospitality and service were superb and the staff treated us like royalty! The view is amazing and we were able to kick back and relax in paradise! Thank-you so much for our stay :) We recommend getting the breakfast package! We had a delicious brekky in the carriage house with gorgeous misty morning views. Also the restaurant does not disappoint. Lamb was top tier !!

We would have liked to stay another night !!! But alas work calls 😂

The room was beautiful, the staff were helpful and very kind. They made our stay for Nic Cave absolutely unforgettable. We also appreciate the amazing gift bag left for us when we returned from the concert, the bus that was organised to take us to Hanging Rock, the fantastic staff in the restaurant and the excellent meals we had there. Thank you to absolutely all your staff, we loved it and we will return. Ang & Scott.

Location, facilities, cellar door

The only thing that was disappointing was the service in the restaurant on Saturday evening. Service was slow, staff were returning to the kitchen empty handed after delivering meals to one table but not collecting empty plates from other tables and getting drinks orders was slow.

The staff especially one of the receptionists were so kind and helpful! The location was absolutely stunning and we were even able to go and visit some beautiful highland cattle, black cattle and alpacas! The food was also really good!

There were a lot of flies in the restaurant, could've used a bit of morteine.

Beautiful property, so lovely to wander through the vines and see the farm animals. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room, and both were excellent. It was lovely to have dinner at the venue (and a few wines), and be able to get home without worrying about designated drivers or a taxi.

The mood lighting in the rooms was a bit dim, on the gray wintery weekend we visited.

Beautiful winery and accommodation. Rooms were a great size and very clean. Beds were a bit hard but i guess that depends if you like a firm bed. The shared common area was great with pool table and Tv and fire place. As most things do close in a country town.

Only minor things, beds were hard, shower head was very low. Breakfast was just a buffet breakfast.
