Nesuto Docklands

New building in 2023, attentive staff, good help on requests. Good location, close to tram and supermarket and in free tram zone. No noise on the dockland side, a bit more noise on the street side. It seems issue management processes are in place and well executed in case there is a complaint.

While basically clean, it seems there was not cleaning after construction, and some spaces were apparently never cleaned up to my stay - told the staff and the housekeeping took care of it. Had some issues with amenities (rangetop didn't work etc) and had to move rooms, but staff was very helpful. Aircon was quite noisy in two rooms I stayed in, but I might be a bit more sensitive than others. Moved to a room on the opposite side, which had road construction work instead (over night), but that was bearable.

The room I "eventually" got and paid for! after the rude, belligerent smartarse guy at reception tried to RIP ME OFF blatantly on the actual room I "specifically and clearly" booked and paid for, yet he tried putting me in an inferior room and then had the NERVE to try blame me when I told him he has put me in a different room that I made a POINT OF SPECIFICALLY BOOKING! This was no mistake, but an attempt to just rip me off and all too common as NOBODY has any integrity anymore, however, this is not a reflection on the Hotel, as it was lovely. Just one person letting the rest down...

Left a tip for housekeeping as I left room for the day and paying $250 per night! for an executive apartment, but apparently that is till not enough money or even leaving a tip for housekeeping to get tea and coffee replaced and shampoo etc Apparently one TINY bottle is supposed to last three nights! Disappointing at that level

Airconditioner in the room wasn't working effectively, had to have the sliding door open for cooling. Fridge wasn't adjusted right, when door was opened it jammed on the floor. The shower needs a water bar and Sill flap to stop water from flooding the bathroom floor. Guests need to know what, where and how is going on around the area....ie : Maps, Magazines, Pamphlets , Food Menus, Eateries Etc...

Our plane arrived early in morning and welcoming Nesuto staff member was very kind in allowing us to check in a bit earlier so we could catch some ZZZZ's before going to AO. It is quiet in the rooms with plenty of space and amenities for cooking in the kitchen if need. We had very comfortable mattress and lovely linen & pillows. Room is exceptionally clean and tidy. There is a Woolworths, market and restaurants in same complex and a cinema/ activities across the road. Ubers happily came very quickly to this location and only 15 min from all the major locations across Melbourne City.

I liked everything and only thing I could mention was air con didn't seem to work very well but was it very humid weather.

This place is amazing! I love how big the rooms are! The beds are super comfortable! The bathroom could have improved a bit for the shower place! The hotel is easily accessed by the free tram ! And there’s a supermarket downstairs which is super convenient! Even drug store and sovenir shops and good coffees are nearby too! There’s a great steak house in 5 mins walking distance in Docklands! Overall I will definitely be back when I’m in Melbourne!

Amazing value for money! Very new and immaculately clean hotel. The room service came every day and did a great job - it was such a pleasure to come back to our room every day. Everything is so well thought through - there are usb charges on each side of the bed, the bed is huge and very comfy, the kitchenette is well-equiped, the shower has a rain shower head. The gym has a few machines and free weights. The receptionists were very kind - they stored our luggage on the check-in and check-out days. The reception area is very nice as well (yummy tea in the cutest little cups) - I worked from there for a few ours while waiting for my flight. I’d come back any time!

-We got a good deal, was the cheapest hotel in the area -This hotel feels very modern and spacious -The area is perfect for exploring lots of docklands bars and restaurants. -Everything about our room was perfect, nice view, great shower, very clean and modern, comfy bed. -We arrived way earlier then we were supposed to at 11am when check in was meant for 3pm but they still let us check in with no problem -I was easily able to watch Netflix from my phone to the tv and the wifi was also good.

-I had to call reception a couple of times as the tissue box in the room was nearly empty when we arrived and the body soap tube was so small I had to ask for more. The staff were great but it's just inconvenient the room didn't have enough essentials already in it. -We realised pretty late that our room didn't have a kettle for some reason and I'm sure we could have called reception for a 3rd time but we decided to leave it as it's very inconvenient having to keep calling reception for things when the room should already have everything. -The TV is too small for the amount of space between the bed and TV.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The room boasted an amazing view that left me in awe. Not only was the view stunning, but the room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. What truly enhanced my experience was the absence of any noise disruptions, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. Overall, this hotel provided the perfect combination of breathtaking views, cleanliness, and tranquility, making it a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

Navigating the hotel's parking proved challenging, particularly with a few bags in tow. However, the saving grace was the accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to assist and make my stay comfortable, swiftly addressing the inconvenience of parking. Despite the initial hurdle, their exceptional service and willingness to help greatly improved the overall experience. With their assistance, I was able to settle in and enjoy my stay without further hassle.

I really like the room as it provides an extra sofa bed so that we could rest well as a family of three at the first night. The location is great as it is close to grocery and free tram station. I also like how the staffs there responded promptly regarding any questions or issue their guests have.

I had to make a complaint to the front desk as the televisions and air conditioning automatically turned on in the middle of the night. Imagine how creepy it was when the tvs started to broadcast loudly and the air conditioning fan started to work on a high speed mode, at 0130 am when everyone was asleep. It seemed to be something wrong with the system when you made two seperate booking orders. Anyway the explanation was acceptable, but it did bring us some inconvenience so I hope they could fix the system and make sure it is not gonna happen again and freak out their guests.
