i like the location and its surroundings. a little far from the tram around 5 min walks but the walks itself was a very nice experiences, yarra river.

cleanliness is something they need to work on. i left my cups obviously to be cleaned up but it kept dirty on the table. the working table was full of dust, it’s obvious because it’s a glass table. i have called the service desk on these 2 items but the following day still dusty. the tissue toilet was empty and it’s clearly not checked as their routine cleaning service. I was disappointed with the level of room cleaning especially coming from the 5 star hotel like this.

Arrived and greeted with champagne and chocolates. This is for all guests on Friday and Saturday. The beds were comfortable and the room had a fantastic view over the river. We stayed in a club room, so we were able to access free drinks and nibbles in the evening and breakfast in the morning. A large selection of food so we did not need to go out for a meal The position was great for the conference centre and the hotel has a connecting floor so you don't need to get cold. Also took some time off to shop at DFO which is next door. Will book again for our next conference.

The room was only serviced late in the day. Could have had more drink choices in the club, such as an after-dinner port or liqueur. Would have appreciated free water rather than a free soft drink from the mini bar. I hate the road junction that you have to tackle before you get to the hotel. Very confusing.

The room we had is spacious, tidy, neat and clean. We particularly were very happy with the bathroom that has everything we need – the shower, the bathtub, the enclosed toilet cubical, and the washing sink. We had a twin bedroom. The beds were soft and comfy. We like the ceiling to floor glass wall and enjoyed the beautiful sunset view. The location is excellent for people travel to and from the Southern Cross station, even the tram. DFO and the Conversion Centre are just one step away, very convenient for the young people to do shopping. We enjoyed the breakfast too, a wide range of variety of Asian food and Aussie big brekky. The coffee and the instantly cooked omelette are our favourite. Well done, Pan Pacific and congratulations one the good job. Thank you.

It seems the cleaner for our room is a new staff as some consumable items were not refilled daily. It was alright to us but just we noticed about this. All good, no drama.

Location, Quality of Room, Club Access, Bar & Restaurant, Breakfast and Staff

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned each day. Room wasn't cleaned until each afternoon after we requested for the room to be cleaned in the morning. We would leave our room each morning by 8:00am, return to our room in the afternoon and the room still hadn't been cleaned. Both bins in the room were never emptied. Teabags were never replenished and although we would request for bottled water each day, we would never get any. We had to buy water from the corner quickmart near DFO. Coffee cups were never washed replaced.

Fresh juice station & fresh coffee omelette You don’t require salad station for breakfast I believe

Room service request for fresh towels unfortunately taken over 40 minutes to receive towels that was little disappointing also 6 minutes to answer phone guest service phone that indicated staffing issues internally.

Very spacious room with stunning views to Yarra River, very large bathroom with both a bath tub and a shower, comfortable bed and pillows, very nice staff and quickly responding to queries, amazing variety of foods at breakfast. Great location: next door to DFO if you want to go shopping and a short walk to the free tram to go to the city.

The cleaners kept forgetting we were 3 in the room (for 2 nights we had an extra bed and for another 2 nights we changed to a family room with 1 queen bed and a single) and when cleaning the room they were only leaving towels for 2 guests. Additionally, I did not notice a way to signal that towels did not have to be changed daily - it would be good to have this option and do our little fir environment.

Viiew from high floor room was excellent. Excellent walk along South Bank and eateries along the way too. Surprised to find next to hotel a basement mall with lots of branded sports shops and a food court!

The breakfast. Pastries were hard and cold and the juicer was'nt cleared of the fruit fibre so my glass of juice was full of fruit dregs. The cleaned table was'nt clean. Sugar crystals and bread crumbs were easily visible. You could see them on the chairs too. The breakfast staff worked really hard though so I guess they were really understaffed.

Rooms were nice and clean. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, nice choice. Easy check in and check out.

The air circulation is super noisy ! You can ask for it to be turned off but then you don’t have air circulation anymore… View on the fast roads, you could hear the noise even at the 18th floor. Only a 2.5-seat sofa for a room of 4. No access to streaming on tv, only pay per view movies. Restaurant for breakfast was way too small for the hotel capacity and some of the tables were in a very noisy not very welcoming area. We had to split on two tables for 2 as we couldn’t be seated together. This could be easily changed if they wanted to reattribute some of the lobby area, which is unnecessarily huge.

The two-bedroom suite was a good size with plenty of space, two bathrooms/toilets and a fabulous view along the river into the CBD from the 19th floor.

Having paid over almost $900 for the room it felt pretty cheap being asked to pay upwards of $9.95 to watch an old movie on the TV. There was only instant or filter coffee and for this price i would have expected the ubiquitous pod machine. Our kettle didn't work but it took almost an hour and three separate calls to the desk to get it replaced. This was simply not good enough.
