Crown Towers Melbourne

Location was excellent lots to do around the complex. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was clean, lovely and we had a good view. It was lovely to have the slippers to wear. Staff helped look after my daughter who had an asthma attack. Would stay here again.

More shampoo, conditioner etc as there were 3 of us and only enough products for one, however when I called the reception for more products they were very prompt to bring them up. I didn't like they I had to pay $7 for room service, especially when I handed over a tip so I won't be tipping again in lieu of this fee.

Beautiful lobby. Everybody was nice to me. Good view and comfortable bed. IC can be a heater in case you r cold. Bathroom has TV. Everything works well in the room. There is casino, restaurants, shops and food court inside this hotel.

I did not like breakfast, tea cups were dirty. Waiter girl was a bit mean when I asked to change dirty cup and brought me again dirty one. Coffee was not good too. They charged me for smth in mini bar which I did not use. As I was around, I came to talk, and they refunded. But did not appology, just said smth like "mistakes happen". I really hope it's just a mistake, that only happened to me. Bcs not many ppl will come back to talk about 20$, lol.

Beautiful room with all amenities

The Silks Restaurant was a huge disappointment, food was excellent but service dismal. There were four of us but only three meals were served, no apology, we had ordered four mains but only three appeared then when we enquired about fourth meal it had obviously just been completely forgotten somewhere along the line so three had finished their meal for some time before the fourth meal appeared. Our rice order was also forgotten and appeared only when we enquired. We did receive two deserts complimentary as compensation but an apology would have been much more appropriate.

almost everything, checking in the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful booking us into breakfast for us after thinking we couldn’t book it when we went online prior to arrival, the staff was always excellent and lovely, the service was amazing the food options were outstanding and fairly priced for what you get in taste, fullness and service if anything i would pay more for the service i was given! i will definitely be returning for another weekend getaway!

the pool facility staff were a bit mediocre and slightly rude treating you as if you were below them, following that the pool was quite filthy the floor in most parts were slimy and green and just felt unclean as you went for a swim, the pool definitely wont be my top 20 things to do while visiting.

Everything was 5 star, from welcome at reception to check out. It was my birthday and they sent up chilled champagne, a wonderful bonus that was completely unexpected, even though I mentioned it was my birthday.

Our spa treatments were average. The whole day/night was based on the wonderful spa treatments we'd had a couple of months previously. They were some of the best massage treatments we'd ever had, so this trip was booked around a spa and massage for me, my daughter, and her friend. Unfortunately, this time it was a very average experience and not worth the close to $700 spent.

We always love staying at crown

I am not happy with the checking in staff..everytime we visit, I request a higher floor as my little boy loves it, but they are never accommodating even when I have requested months before.. I understand once or twice, but it's every time. Specially this time, we were only given level 9. I know nobody cares about little fish like us, but we are returning customers, and you should pay a little bit more attention to people like us. Spoke with the manger this time around, thinking he would understand, but it fell on deaf ears. We have been to other 5star melbourne hotels, which are more accommodating, but my little boy loves to come to the crown, so I hope someone cares or you will lose a customer..not that anybody cares.

The rooms were luxurious, kids loved indoor swimming pool and close to everything in the CBD

Wifi was not good and no security, also had to pay for parking. We went to celebrate child's birthday and one of the key things she wanted to do was watch tv in bath tub. The bath plug in our particular room ended up being broken. We had to wait for repairmen, only for them to say they couldn't fix. We then had to formally request another room, and after more time spent back and forth with concierge and waiting for new room to be ready, we finally moved to new room. To be fair, I'm sure this was a once off issue, but it did cause a bit of stress and frustration for us. The staff were very good but there was no compensation.

Check in was great, staff were friendly. Facilities were nice and couldn't expect anything better from the check in staff. We stayed for business and it was great Presentation of arriving was great, we even went to the wrong entrance and the parking guy for the casino was friendly and directed us to the correct entrance and was pleasant

When we checked out the express check out lady was very short and sharp which I initially thought it was her job, But then she was asking other people how their stay was. Must of judged a book by it cover. Lost the ticket to the car, took nearly an hour for security to get the act together, at this rate they should of checked the cameras and it would of been faster. The poor host at the front was getting stressed out because people were yelling at him and there were at least 4 people that have lost their ticket and security or help was nowhere to be found. Maybe you should check your process

location was prefect, went to a show at Palms. Also, great distant to all the boutiques in Collins St. The beds were sleeping on clouds, the room had everything you could ask for and more. The bathrooms were SOOO glamours. It was a great experience. Thank you. Claudia

Nothing at all, there was nothing I could fault. Next time I would stay longer ( if that's a fault) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The foyer looked amazing, the Decore stunning. The was cafe handy, for a coffee or a beverage.

Grand and impressive hotel. Ticked off a bucket list item! Room was spacious and clean.

We specified on the booking that this was a very special weekend to celebrate our engagement but sadly there were no extra special touches or efforts from the hotel. Unfortunately also couldn't get a late checkout. Bathtub looked dirty around drain so didn't use it. Amenities (shower gel etc) could be higher end given price per night - was just no-name brand and didn't seem high quality. Other hotels offer brands like L'occitane.
