Fabulous location close to all amenities. The room itself was spacious. Our room on level 2 was quiet. Housekeeping were flawless in their attention to detail. Very clean bathrooms. Our room was serviced twice during our stay and was always completed on our return. Staff greeted us in hallways and everyone was very friendly. I noticed that particular detail was paid to the front of the hotel. Staff polished, de-cobwebbed, cleaned glass and polished everything in site.

On arrival we had to unpack our luggage ourselves into the foyer of the hotel on the floor and a luggage trolley was no where in site. We waited up to 10-15minutes till a staff member could locate one on the hotel floor before we could get to our room. Our bathroom was spotless but i do think that a revamp is overdue as it looked a little tired and we had to step up into a bath to use the shower. The buffet breakfast lacked a little passion. It looked like no love was involved in it's presentation.

Location. “Dolphin pool” My room and the view of the pool. The air con. The non house keeping $10 ‘green’ thank you cards.

Hard to find your way around the property at first. The doors to access the dolphin pool were fire doors and guests found it hard to get out and in to buy a drink and back to their rooms. We had to jam the door to keep open if we wanted to get back inside. Manager was informed several times by many guests. He didn’t seem too concerned! Would’ve liked a toaster in the room!

The breakfast was very underwhelming. For a $60 breakfast for my husband I, it was a huge let down. On the first day, we had to wait for bacon to be refreshed and it was barely cooked when it did come out, the option of scramble egg or hard boil was disappointing for the cost, would have expected atleast fry or poach for the price. Coffee was empty had to wait for that as the “coffee lady” was making coffee that was an extra charge. Just very disappointing and over priced for what it was. Would have much preferred to go to a cafe and get cappuccino and poach egg on toast and would have cost a fraction.

We loved the friendly staff. It was a really good set up having the concierge ladies to meet and greet everyone. This is really helpful and allows check-in just do that. Resort pool was lovely. Room was spacious and the bedroom area was nicely refurbished. Location in central fremantle - really close to all cafes and town, train station, ferries to rottness or perth. Paradise beaches so close - south beath by free bus. We could live here. Loved it!

We were on L4 of the resort wing. When going out to the balcony to view the pool, all we could see is the carpark adjacent and run down balconies from the other hotel balconies. Didn't look classy considering we paid additional money for a room with pool view. We should have had a discount ! Filters in bedroom and bathroom need to be cleaned. Yuck Coat hangers - I realise that hotels don't want to lose these, but non-removable coat hangers are very frustrating!

It’s location was perfect for us. Close to beach, park, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was good. Plenty of seating outside and inside. The pool was clean and the water a nice temperature. No problem getting a sun lounger and there was plenty of beach/ pool towels.

It would have been nice to have had some drawers for clothes. The bathroom was clean but a little dated. Service at the bar was a little slow.

Staff, food and facilities were amazing. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was lovely

The lift got stuck 3 times in our 1 night stay. Once we had to use the stairs because the it wouldn't come. Twice is got stuck on level 3. My sister started having a panic attack and each time we used it again she was anxious.

nice room, apart from mold around the shower screen edges. breakfast good with lots of options (except porridge). location good close to park and marina side eateries

one chair without arms would be good. also a map of nearest eateries. staff attitude, especially in outside dining area not conducive to comfort. We were waiting for group members, all in hotel, and 1 person eating something bought at markets while we waited and we got told to leave this area. We were very exhausted after walking from ship (no shuttle bus from hotel) and then later to markets (not on any day later in week) and just needed to rest as some of us were in pain. we explained that we were waiting for others, but staff not interested. Needed more information on walking distance and ease of walking with cases from port. I did ring and ask previously.

loved the location, we were staying in perth for the first part of our stay and then wanted to expeirence Freo this is the perfect hotel, is in the middle of the town and close to everything you could need in walking distance, the rooms, pool and lobby are all clean, the design of the lobby is old but cute and quirky! so much history in the building too very cool place to stay

that if you have a room all the way down the end its a veryyy long walk (6-10 mins ) i have a disabled mother so if i was traveling with this you would maybe want to check where you room is located before arrival

The hotel and staff were great, one thing we didn’t like was the time our room service clean was done. Some days it was done before 2pm others not till almost 6 which we found annoying as often we would come back to the room for a quick shower before dinner to find no clean towels etc. The cleaning ladies were lovely but all we had to do was call up for a clean towel and they would be there within 5 minutes. And the parking situation for the price you pay of accomodation you should get free parking

Parking situation, very rushed as soon as you pull up out the front there team is at your car telling you to park first then come check in. Which parking in Fremantle isn’t easy and we have a one year old so carrying the extra bags back that little bit more was very annoying same on checkout

Quick walk to the SeaLink terminal, also Little Creatures (good) and Gage Roads (better!) breweries. A splurge for us after some backpacker stuff, so the 4-star ensuite, good bed, pillow choice (haven't had that since Chiang Mai?), room service option, other dining, storage, minibar option, was fun. Tasty breakfast options including lots of fresh and healthy stuff. Neat building.

Pool view from the corner, pretty sure I paid extra for that, it was a minimal view more concrete, and never got to the pool so, silly. Long narrow older hallways, one of the lifts broke by Sunday morning so we were hiking around quite a bit. Paid for expensive per-person buffet breakfast included for convenience.... but that doesn't then include espresso drinks so that's another runaround at checkout. Pretty good buffet and there's a coffee urn there, which I'd have been better about if I'd truly realized. To give credit, the barista did explain, but I assumed prepaid meant prepaid.
