Gallery Hotel

Everything at the Gallery was amazing, from the staff, to the facilities and the amazing included breakfast! The professional looking coffee machine was a big hit for everyone! It was quiet in the rooms and heaps of parking. The free washing machine was an incredible bonus and so handy for our travelling team for the 11 days there.

Keypad to access our common area situated prior to our rooms was challenging for some of our athletes with an intellectual disability but we easily adapted. The benefit of security outweighs any inconvenience we initially experienced.

After-hours check-in was suuuper easy!! The room was really clean and we couldn't hear any outside noise. The continental beakfast bar was a good set up and it was so refreshing to see an honour/honesty system for the snacks ... kinda made me glowy to know that there are still ppl out there who trust others to do the right thing :-)

Not much to complain about ... especially considering the price. I was a bit surprised that there were no power outlets next to beds. I have multiple devices I like to charge overnight, but I still like them nearby for ease of use in the morning. Also, it would have been nice to stir our cuppas with a teaspoon, rather than a popstick. Also couldn't find a way to switch off the main room lights and yet still have the reading lights on.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in an industrial area but the market, drycleaners, 7Eleven and cafe are down the road and the shopping centre is a short drive away. Breakfast was easy self serve. Toiletries provided are hand wash and shower gel, toilet paper & towels. A kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar & milk are provided in the room and refrigerator.

Slightly brighter lighting in the bathroom (especially for makeup) and a double power point as an option in the bathroom (instead of using the one in the main room) for shaving, hair dryer/curling wands etc. An iron and board in the room would be good but the staff were very helpful and you can ask for one at reception during office hours.

I think a set of drawers for clothes in wardrobe would have helped as clothes stayed in case whole stay. Rooms are made up every 4 days so be aware but we did not have an issue

Primarily a "Motel" but with a bus stop around 250 metres away (uphill when departing). We had a Double Room with good quality attached shower, etc. and very helpful staff. A range of snacks can be purchased, with free tea/coffee, and an excellent complimentary breakfast, more than normally expected for a "Continental".

It's basically located in the middle of an "Industrial Estate" with nowhere much to walk. About 2 km from Bibra Lake and "Adventure World" Theme Park (not visited). Beware that the reception closes relatively early, particularly at weekends.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was large. There was plenty of tea, coffee etc. The man at the front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was great. Parking is great and it is close to where we needed to go.

The fridge wasn't checked by staff and there was an exploded bottle of cool drink in the freezer, but this was dealt with immediately by the man on the front desk. There was no soap in the shower only 2 bottles of shampoo.

Comfy Bed. Great room(especially as I was upgraded) Amazingly quiet considering there is a busy road just outside Spotlessly clean and nice fluffy towels. The concierge was friendly and efficient - such a pleasure after a long drive. Really impressed by the complimentary Breakfast - a rare treat! Excellent value for money.

The lovely very hot shower only lasted for 30 seconds and then went down to warm - still nice but a shame. No Tissues (but plenty of good toilet paper)

Staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are basic but have everything you can need, and if not, the staff were more than happy to help out with requests. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. The breakfast spread they put on was just amazing. It was within walking distance to a service station and a fantastic restaurant with such good prices. Honestly, I couldn't complain about anything. Would definitely stay again.

The property is small, feels personal and was convenient as overflow accommodation for our family event in nearby Bibra Lake. On arrival we were given a code to access a mini ‘shop’ in the hotel foyer where we could purchase snacks and drinks on an honesty system. Free help-yourself continental breakfast had plenty of options including coffee machine. Our room was clean and adequate with KS bed, fridge and ensuite bathroom.

clear communication especially regarding access to room after hours. Clean facilities. Good bed. Awesome breakfast included.

Location of power points could have been better, i.e none in the bathroom for hairdryer, none by the bedhead. Bathroom was as described across the hallway, it was a tiny bit inconvenient.
