Novotel Antwerpen

Great outdoor area with pool, table tennis and enough space to kick a ball around. Bed was firm but good Rooms were renovated and decent size Toilet seperate from bathroom Door that seperates the toilet and entry ftom the sleeping area. Very handy if you don't want to wake up everyone when nature calls at night. Big TV in room I definitely recommend this hotel.

Slight minus point is the location if you don't have a car, as the tram is a fair way away. But no problem by car to drive to P+R and take the tram to the city centre

Central location. Room was clean and very quiet despite the very busy summer holiday season. Reasonable value for money given the central location. Generous car park, with security around the clock. Standard check-out not until 12 which was bliss. Beautiful food at a reasonable price when I ate at the restaurant in the evening. Very friendly helpful approachable staff throughout my staff.

Only one small lift. Not enough for families or other guests during the busy holiday season. No instructions in the lift for having to tap your key card. People were constantly waiting because others didn't know how to work the lift. I opted for the stairs whenever I could. They didn't look very well looked after unfortunately. Dirty and uninviting. Parts of the room looked and felt dated e.g. the bathtub and shower curtain.

We all had a lovely stay at the hotel, the swimming pool and play area for the kids is very nice, they have a lot of space to play free, excellent! The room had a huge tv, nice beds and a bath. The staff was friendly and the facitilies were good and clean. Fresh breakfast for a very nice price, as the kids didn’t har to pay for it. The location was a bit far from the centrum but easily acessible with public transportation (wich was not expensive at all).

We came for overnight stay as on our road trip, but it was easy to find, nice room, very nice breakfast choice. After breakfast kids went into swimming pool, there was choice of table tennis, footbal and small play corner for children inside. I would definitely come back.

I didn't realized that breakfast wasnt added during booking so had to pay extra 40 euro for 2 adults, I felt this was slightly overpriced, although children were for free....

Located in a industrial area not too bad . Hotel was good nice food and room . Customerservice excellent and will hope to visit in the future

Things were okay and the only thing I would say that I had issues coming at the time I was due in and had to convince the receptionist before I got a different room which was not a standard one as booked but eventually moved to the standard room the following day as I understood the rooms were all booked. Apart from that everything was okay

1) we had a little problem with our room not being ready (2nd bed for the kids ad as asked in our reservation) so we were late for the restaurant we had reserved a table at. Staff did their best preparing and giving us another room which was absolutely fine but it took about 1 h so we ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant to have in our room. The food was really nice and we got a friendly discount on the final bill to apologize for the inconvenience. We definitely appreciated that!

in Corona times although being fully vaccinated or just because WE ARE! we would like everyone to be asked for their QR code AND ID, which did not happen upon check-in but also people to be asked to put on their mask when hanging out in the lounge, in the elevators etc. Most of all the breakfast buffet was definitely NOT according to nowadays hygienic standards... too bad... please do something because unfortunately people are not respectful towards others by default...

The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was big and comfortable. Great shower. Due to weather we didn’t make use of the swimming pool but it looked very welcoming. Breakfast was good too. We walked (about 20min) to tram to get to the Antwerp centre which was great.

The location was a bit grim. The outside of the hotel looks outdated and unkept.

Clean big and quiet bedroom with spacious seating area. I was lucky to get a room with a bath which I enjoyed. Easy and quick check-in. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. Big TV with lots of channels also International but there was no option for apps like Netflix or Youtube . Free toiletries and coffee/tea in the room. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom which was nice.

The hotel is located in an industrial area of town so you will need a car. I did not see a busstop anywhere nearby. There was no airco. I had to leave the window open but it allowed mosquitos to enter. The room could have used a huge ventilation before I checked in, as it felt stuffy in the air. They should do a better job on cleaning the bathtub and glass doors as it had a bunch of water and soap stains. The blow dryer in the bathroom was filthy and layered with dust!! I hardly doubt this was cleaned in a very long time.

It felt luxurious even if it was a cheaper hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big with a sofa bed and a big double bed. Would say it was very comfortable to sleep there. Felt clean and fresh.

It is quite far away from the city center. not very easy to go there by public transport. Took a metro as close as we could for twenty minutes, but needed to walk for fifteen minutes more. In a bit confusing industry land.

Nice place for a family stay, great breakfast and a nice little swimming pool (perfect for a sunny day). Family rooms are of good size. All the staff that we interacted with was superb. Ample parking spots available.

The sofabed isn't the most comfortable and wasn't made when we arrived but we were promptly given the bed linen upon asking. Smoking permitted right at the entry and exit doors and the pool area is a big turn off (and not a sight I prefer my children to see). The limited staff that was working appeared to be under stress to do their best.
