Park Inn by Radisson Antwerpen

Last min. booking to rest after a big weekend in Tomorrowland. The lady at the reception offered for a late checkout the next day which was much needed so that we can sleep in. Super fast WiFi, nice toilitries provided and a giant bathroom. Also the room was quite nice with lots of lighting and soundproof so we couldn't hear others. Location is great to walk to the central train station and plenty of taxis outside to take you to old town if you don't fancy the walking.

The king bed was actually two doubles put together, it would be more comfortable if there's better sheeting and padding that would cover the middle part so if you're cozying up next to your partner then you wouldn't feel the line in the middle of where the two matresses are held together.

For the price, as we got a superior room on a Sunday evening that was huge for a fantastic rate, it was brilliant. The sister hotel, Raddison Blu is nicer but for price I thought the Park Inn was excellent. Staff were excellent. Let us check in early. Gym at the Raddison which we could use was brilliant.

The only down side for us was location. Perfect for getting access to the train but the park out side hotel and station seemed to have a lot of young, homeless looking men, hanging around. I know that can't be helped at all by hotel but personally, because I was with my teenage daughter, I didn't want to be walking late at night.

Very good value for money. Although I didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive. The gym in the sister hotel is very good. The pool was too small for us to do swimming training but most hotel pools are. Staff were excellent. If you are with children the zoo is literally round corner and access to shops and restaurants is very good.

Location was great in some ways for access to station but also I didn't feel comfortable, as in safe, later at night, with my daughter. I was in bed early but wouldn't have wanted to be out late. I think if your on a party weekend it's perfect.

I've given this hotel an 8. But I give the reception staff 10/10. I discovered a major problem in my room (and the hotel) after checking in, and the lady on reception fixed this for me. I was very disappointed at first, but she was able to find a solution, and it made such a difference to my stay in Antwerp. Totally professional, and she did the right thing. I was very grateful. Thank you.

The rooms are overall nice, modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very central and convenient for walks around the city. The hotel is currently being renovated, therefore one needs to walk to the other Radisson hotel for breakfast. However, this is just really a 1% inconvenience, as the other hotel is literally just a couple of steps away and the breakfast across the street is definitely rich and generous.

Some part of the rooms (I suppose I could cluster them as lower floors - ours was 3rd, facing away from the square) including ours have really poor light. Considering that there is no view from these rooms and one is literally staring into a wall 2 meters from the windows, I would strongly recommend considering better light, stronger lamps/lightbulbs etc., otherwise it is just dark all the time, especially now in the fall/winter months. I understand the energy crisis and all, but still.

First we were given booked class if room in steps-only access floor. Given that we need to take pram with us, reception were considerate enough to give a room in below floor with elevator access. They also informed booking.com to charge for the lower class room than the one booked.

The hallways are quite narrow just enough for the room service staff cart or the Kinderwagen. I think I this is a compromise for bigger rooms Booking.com should allow booking of superior rooms for couple with kid who is less than 12 years old (as told by staffs there). Instead the app/website shows only Junior suite

The room was bigger than I expected, equipped with everything, including coffee and tea making facilities, which was greatly appreciated. Everything clean and in functioning order, quiet and the staff was very kind. The hotel is located in front of the train station so you would have the typical train station crowd, some beggars or homeless people, but it's safe, I walked around at night by myself without any problem.

Not really a complaint, just to say that breakfast is served in the Radisson across the road, it was very good value for money.

this was our first time in Antwerp and we really had a wonderful time. The property is very close to the train station which we were happy about the hotel was a great value. It was a bit of a walk to the old city, but we loved Antwerp and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was super clean very customer oriented and had the right amenities. We had free coffee in the lobby. Nice coffee maker in our room. Wonderful shower.

we received an upgrade for a twin bed request. Thank you very much. The mattresses were just a bit hard.

Not expensive at all. €74 for 2, one night. Including bath tub (was not expecting this) And swimming pool, sauna and steam cabine. Located in the city centre, next to the train station and boulevard. Really good customer service. I have nothing to complain.

Air conditioning perfect!!!! No sound at all!! :) Bed was very good. Employees both hotels incredibly friendly!! Big thumbs up!! Late check out! :) Location.

Pitty the breakfast was not in hotel itself, but in hotel Astrid. It was good though and not too far. Room was too dark for me, especially bathroom. Could not do my make up there. No view from window. And much noise from a machine when opening the window. Not much Dutch tv channels, only 2. RTL of SBS at least would have been great. On the own website of hotel is written there is a rain shower: there is not! It is just a simple shower which also takes long to get and stay on right temperature.
