Hotel Manos Premier

The breakfast is superb and a nice range of items to choose from. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The WI-FI also worked very well throughout the hotel. Hopefully if I visit again I will attend the stem room

The lift is not adequate and too small. It says 4 persons, but it can only really fit two and that’s if you are comfortable with that person. There is also no indicator on the lift so you don’t know if it actually working when you press the buttons or use your key fob on the ground floor

Outstanding service and breakfast. Excellent location a few meters away from the tram. Good restaurants nearby. The accommodation options are simply very expensive in Brussels, and in that context this hotel is a good option.

The hotel room reminded me of the small hotels we have sometimes in the UK. One has steps everywhere. Although the surface is the promised value, because the room was at the top of the building, and the roof going very low, the actual surface is a bit smaller. But this is a minor criticism.

It was so lovely and the staff were so helpful. The bed was super comfortable and we loved eating our breakfast under the glass roof. The food was amazing! was lovely to see the honey comb from local bees and the amazing selection of breads and pastries cooked fresh every day were magnifique! We celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary on 8th September and treated ourselves to an evening meal and spa session was superb! The receptionists who looked after us were excellent and The lady who hosted us for our evening meal was wonderful 😀sad we didn’t no there names to mention them in person but all the staff were so nice. Thank you all for making our stay so amazing!

Really nothing negative to say as we had a truly wonderful time. We were sad we didn’t no about the outside area as only discovered it by chance on our last day. Was so beautiful and they had a cute children’s play area and different spaces for guests to sit out during the day or evening.

Beautiful hotel nestled just outside of the hustle of the main Brussels town centre yet close connections to the train station, outside a main tram stop and a stones throw from lots of points of interest on a scooter. The staff were amazingly helpful (some very witty and humorous) Cleaning was spot on and facilities fantastic. We booked the spa for an hour, which was also lovely. Room service was prompt too. The listing didn’t do it enough justice. Definitely worth a visit.

If I really had to find fault, the keys they hand out weigh a tonne, but that’s all part of the charm and boutique style.

The rooms are wonderful and perfect if you need to stay in to work. The coffee machine/tea kettle in the room is very convenient. Staff, however, is phenomenal! The nicest, kindest, and most accommodating! Ask the concierge for food recommendations, yo will not be disappointed! Stayed there twice and look forward to staying there again soon!

The property is beautiful, the reception hall is stunning. the rooms are decent size with plenty of clean towels and air con in the room. The hotel is approx 20 min walk from the centre of Brussels, we walked each day but there is also a tram stop located close by. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and he held our bags with no issue and ordered a taxi’s for us when required. We didn’t eat in the hotel during our stay so I cannot comment on the food. There is a cafe close by “Hinterland” I would recommend trying it for breakfast/ lunch, it’s delicious!

Almost everything about it we like. It's super clean, classy, friendly, and helpful staff. They let us checked-in even before 15:00. We used the parking lot with an additional amount of 30euro for a day, but actually, they let us park there for more than a day. There is a tram stop nearby as well. We didn't have breakfast there because we knew we would wake up late. Although when we were about to check out, we walked around the restaurant, and it looked terrific and we wondered how wonderful is the food there. There is also a small bakery named Paul about 500m at the end of the street, was fantastic!

The location is a bit further than the center, however, the tram stop is nearby, and we still enjoyed our stay there.

Room was spacious…. Mainly used as a crash pad!

Room was on top floor with velux window, and was on main road with noise … mainly trams On last night had very inconsiderate neighbours playing loud music and being rowdy into the early hours! Management were quick to sort, but put a little downer on the holiday.

The hotel itself is amazing, its architecture outstanding... the room was a bit small, I expected a bit bigger as per the pictures on the site, but very clean. The staff was particularly nice and welcoming and the Spa and gym were the biggest surprises !!! Joao was the most thoughtful and pleasant person who made our short stay really feeling like home!! Amazing stay, I will be back!!

Beautiful hotel, lovely interior. Very nice rooms. Very good shower in the bathroom. Hotel staff were very helpful with knowledge on local area. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is a very lovely building inside and out.

Only gripe, there were not enough milk, coffee and teabags in the room
