Sun Hotel

Location was really good, only a 15/20 minute walk to Grand Place & was also near a metro station. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was very clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful

The room was very small, felt claustrophobic between two of us - bathroom was on a sliding door that had gaps i.e didn’t shut properly which wasn’t ideal. The hotel is off the main road down a little side street but there is still a fair bit of street noise, I slept with my earplugs in on the Saturday night - this isn’t the hotel’s fault though

Small bathroom, which can be used only with an open door between the room and the bathroom. It is ok for one person, for two it can be not so comfortable.

Location is great, close to the city center and European institutions. The personnel in the hotel are very friendly. I gave the mark in close relation to the price, because the room was cheaper than the area. There are some works going on in the hotel lobby, but I guess they will finish them soon (they were working in the morning). I paid 92 eur. If the room was over 100, my rating would be different. And that without the ongoing works downstairs. The area is calm, no traffic, it's on a back tight road, and so it's especially recommended for people who need quiet place to sleep well (as myself). Will I return? Yes, if they keep the same tariffs after renovation too...

The room and especially the bathroom were really small. Stairs are tight, elevator only for 2 persons.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great localisation, close to the European Parliment and Grand Place. Metro station is also nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Fresh towels everyday.

You can hear every noise from the corridor or even another rooms. Really terrible acoustic. Very small sink in the bathroom. No vegetables for breakfast. Broken floor panels in the room.

The room was compact but not tight. There was a tidy bath room. The location was superb and has very easy transport routes to the major attractions and sights - this was the best part of the hotel.

It was not particularly afforadable and felt overpriced from the limited facilities. The single bed placement was in the middle of the room - a corner spot may have made more sense to make the room feel bigger. The bathroom had a faulty shower which was frustrating. But overall staff were friendly and helpful.

The people were great and the beds were comfy. They do have a lift (elevator) which is better than many, and the €5 breakfast is very good and cheap and the price was good for a family of 4.

We visited in the summer and there is NO AC and with a west facing room it was always roasting hot at the end of the 16 hours of daylight this time of year. 2 fans helped but only one window opened so a cross breeze from outside was impossible, even on cool nights. And the housekeeping continually opened the drapes while we were away, insuring the hot sun baked the inside of the room. the bathroom was very very small (as a grown man I was not able to sit straight on the toilet, as my knees hit the wall.

rediscovered the beautiful of staying in 2stars hotel. this one is quite nice, smells like new furniture. extra clean, including the sink and shower curtain - these usually are dirty or clogged Even at 4-stars. Wasn’t expecting much but this hotel over-delivered, for the price. location is 10+, near Av Louise.

the bathroom soap was, how to Say it… oily. like the worst soap i saw in my life. dont use on body or hair.

The staff members are very friendly and their honesty is remarkable. I accidentally left my AirPods in one of their rooms and once I contacted them, they responded straight away and advised that the AirPods where found and that they could keep them in the safe for me. I couldn’t be more grateful with the staff members of this hotel since I have had bad experiences with communication and uncaring staff in the past.

I have no complains about this hotel, everything was great.

The property's location is excellent, as it is close to everything. The room was nice, and clean, although some minor reparations would be suitable, overall we were very satisfied. The staff was very kind and understanding towards our needs. But for me the hotel service was incredible. The hotel was under reconstruction so the breakfast room was not accessible, despite this they provided full breakfast to the room (!) so we had breakfast in bed.

My 3-night stay at the hotel was excellent. Despite its tiny size, the room was clean and comfy. I want to thank the concierge for being so helpful and pleasant. He even handed me an electric fan because it was becoming a little hot. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was inexpensive but filling.

Though it did not bother me too much, I can hear my neighbors' doors being shut.
