Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre

Breakfast was excellent.

Can't think of anything except when we went out for supper we had great difficulty getting back to the hotel. We were driving north and our app told us to turn left and then turn right which we did and ended up in the back end of a car wash. There were no visible street signs so we took a long trip to the next light and eventually found our way back. This was just after dark. Perhaps a simple map explaining to guests how to approach the hotel from different directions would help.

The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Although the breakfast was a flop on the Friday morning and the coffee not so great, this would not stop me from returning to Cambridge hotel and Conference centre for my next stay.

The breakfast options were a nice change (delicious pasteries!). However, on the Friday morning the hot plate items were cold, the coffee was very weak. On Saturday, there were more options from the hot items (and they were hot).

Found the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. The room was very clean and the location was great. The trolly made it easy for us the bring in our travel bags. We also were able to use the office printer which was helpful.

We are seniors and found the room rates higher than expected this year and no discount for seniors. The parking area was a bit limited and entering and exiting the area was a bit of a challenge,

Loved the fact that it was dog friendly. I sometimes travel with my rabbit, but rabbits are not allowed 🥲 The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The room climate was great. Love the fridge and coffee maker.

The TV was a little fuzzy, not that we were there to watch TV. The coffee was horrible. They had continental breakfast. Cereal, juice, and coffee. Cream was sour. Note: The restaurant was closed for Christmas and Boxing Day.

This was a short stay as we were flying out of K-W airport early the next day. Exceeded my expectations. Wish I had known there was a restaurant in the building. We stopped to pick up a takeout dinner before checking in. Apparently the food is very good. LOVE that the rooms have laminate floors. Absolutely hate carpeted hotel rooms - gross. Love the art work in the room apparently done by staff.

My only complaint is that the bed was too firm for me.

I liked the maid service. The room was cleaned everyday, which I liked very much.

Breakfast was standard, but lack variation. Hotel ought to think about multicultural nature of today's world. If all you provide is ham, sausages and bacon, a section of your customer will not be able to eat those for religious or other reasons.

I enjoyed everything

The kitchen was closed Sunday. So my brother called on his phone for a pizza and I guess they didn't like his English phone # and so they never delivered so he didn't eat that night! We left on Sunday am but he didn't check out until Monday. He was looking forward to a great meal at the Bruce that night.

Large, spacious and comfortable rooms at an affordable price. Good buffet style breakfast.

The staff didn't pick up the phone on several occasions when I called, or when I got through, put me on hold and disconnected me when I was trying to book my stay. I was booking for a wedding, but had to just use the website and not get the wedding block booking.

Lovely facility in general and very close to the wedding we were attending. The breakfast was fantastic

Beds were very firm and the shower/bathtub faucet was caked in hard water residue. The tap was almost impossible to switch on and off and had to be forced.

The breakfast for the two days i was there was absolutely delicious. Exceeded my expectations. :) This hotel is across from many stores and a couple of minute drive from a ton of restaurants. Front desk staff was also very kind and accommodating.
